Nick responded within 30 minutes of my request that he would try to work me in within the next two days. I ended up hearing from another service simultaneously who responded they could definitely take care of me before the weekend, so I booked with them. I was so shocked when Nick showed up at my house that same evening that I sent my request saying he had found the time and could mow my lawn the next day. It made me wish I hadn't already booked the other vendor! I was so impressed by his responsiveness. As someone who works full time, I can't stress how much I appreciate someone responding to me quickly and going above and beyond to work around my schedule. If I ever get in this situation again (and I hope I won't!) I will reach out to Nick immediately and feel confident that he'll be prompt in his response.
