Two other professional companies verified that I needed three more sprinkler heads to get the proper water coverage and Inland Lawn just said I needed to fertilize. Then they tried to negotiate with me and have me pay to have them do the job correctly. Now they have a computer answering their phones which means they will never come back.

I have nothing but good things to say about this company and especially the owner Mark. Initially, I had a complaint that I wanted to be readdressed. The owner came out and inspected the work himself. Mark not only agreed with me about my issue, but found a few other smaller issues that I haven't even complained about that failed to meet his standards in his eyes and were unacceptable to him. He sent his crew back out to completely redo parts of the entire project at his own financial cost and went beyond what I would have considered necessary. I am extremely happy with the end results, and as far as I am concerned Mark and his company CSI Landscaping are an example of amazing integrity and professionalism.

It crushed some of my garden there and did surface damage to my wooden fence. My neighbor had told me she was having her tree trimmed but not that they would use my yard. They did not come and tell me they were doing this and I found out as the limbs were crashing down. My neighbor was apologetic but it is this company that is at fault. No one knocked on my door or asked and made a mess of my yard. They cleaned the big limbs up, however they left lots of twigs and debris. I know because I had just finished raking it two days before.
