was a bit in shock. I asked for a deep cleaning because there were areas in my home (Adolescent…read morekids bedrooms etc) which were pretty bad. However, although they did come and vacuum the major areas, the amount of skipping over stuff was incredible. As I moved room to room, I could see corners filled with dog hair! It was also blatantly obvious that some areas were simply not mopped. I asked for all sheets to be put in the laundry room etc..some of them had been but they also left some piled up on a bed and when I moved them, there was an old plate the kids had left so they never even got near that area. I asked for a couch to be cleaned, cushions vacuumed and moved and cleaned under and that also didn't happen. The couch still had the imprint where my son sat last. Stairs still had dog hair, stuck to the carpet that I literally picked up with my own hand as I walked up the stairs. I don't know if it was just the cleaners or if it's the company. I got the feeling the cleaners were rushing to get to the next job and perhaps they couldn't do a deep cleaning... which is not my fault and not what I asked for... obviously a company should allow for enough time for what a customer is asking for. I could also tell that the cleaners were not given any of the instructions that I had given the main person who came to give me a quote. I'm literally going room to room now cleaning what they should've done. Perhaps the other reviews are good ones from maybe different cleaners I don't know, but this was the worst cleaning service job I have ever encountered. The only reason I gave them two stars is out of fairness because they did pick up some of the dirt and the place wasn't completely left dirty.

I'm not a reviewer. I generally think if you provide me a service and I pay for that service then…read morewe're good. But sometimes there's something extra provided that needs some fanfare. So this is my story, in the fall of '23 I moved from North Carolina to Spokane. I purchased a twenty year old house that still had the original paint on the walls. And senior citizens had lived in it all that time, so it kinda looked like it was from the 80s. Being the HGTV fan that I am, I needed a handyman and a paint brush. So I went to the internet. I found Burgan Home Services, Brandon asked questions about what I needed and suggested Jake would be a good fit for my needs. Over the next six months, Jake renovated the second kitchen, moved walls and doors, ripped up 20 year old carpet and taught me how to install LVP. He was great. BTW, I only scheduled him a couple of days a week because I wanted to do some of the work myself. He could have gotten it done faster without me as his helper. I had saved the renovation of the 3 bathrooms for the last project. Brandon came over and wrote up an estimate and I had sticker shock. So I went back to the internet and found another contractor for a quote, and second guy was significantly lower (and more in line with east coast prices). So yeah, I signed a contract with the second contractor. Significantly less, remember. What a significantly huge mistake, second guy talked a good game but I think he was watching YouTube videos in my bathroom. Trying to figure out how to fix my bathroom. Plus asking for money without making any progress. Then he quit coming at all. Fast forward to now and we get to the something special. I called Burgan Home Services and talked with Stacy (she's the scheduler). I just wanted some guidance on what to do. Brandon came to my house the same day. He expressed his sympathy for my situation and pledged to help me navigate through whatever recourse I have with the YouTube watching contractor. Burgan Home Services will be finishing the bathrooms. I highly recommend them, their work and their customer service. They have my loyalty and will always be my go to contractor/handyman.
