As far as quality work, they did a fantastic job! Painted the exterior of my home after many repairs had taken place and I was very happy with the results. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because of Lisa, the office lady. Every time I spoke to her, she explained to me how important she was to Mike the owner and how basically she ran the business yet she was the one always giving me the wrong information. She gave me the wrong start time so it made the crew look bad. She told me they were coming out to power wash the house on the wrong day which again made the crew look bad however, when I spoke to Mike, he had all the dates and times correct and as long as I dealt with him directly, things went smoothly. Lisa always blamed Mike for the miscommunication, but I think it was her. He was fantastic to work with. read more

I will NEVER EVER call this company again!! Nor will I recommend them to anyone I know!!! At first I thought things were going to work out great! But once they started the job it was a complete disaster! The "crew" was late every day which totally messed up my schedule. ALL of them were complete SLACKERS!! That barely worked and took 20 breaks a day! Which resulted in the job exceeding the date they promised the job would be complete (by 7 days). Along with all that they were very rude and had no idea how to talk to costumers. I asked a couple of the workers a question and I was ignored! I could not believe it! One of my questions was if they were going to pick up all their trash from my yard. And to my surprise they left ALL of it there for me to pick up. Those are just some of the horror stories I had to deal with this company. So if you were thinking about booking them. I WOULD NOT!! And if you do. GOOD LUCK! Reply- I am absolutely not mistaken. I got 5 bids to paint my house and these guys were the most affordable by far and they squeezed me intio their schedule and had my house painted before anyone else said they could even start. They not only did a fantastic job with the painting but got the job done 3 days ahead of schedule. The managers, Mike and Scott were very friendly and easy to do business with. Everyone either complains or overly boasts...My husband met Mike and gave his number to my husband. I called and the next day Mike was here for the bid. Mike was prompt but was not high pressure. He explained everything throughly. When he said he was going to put his guys on our house because it was so large, he did, we had approximately 8 painters here, masking, papering, prepping and painting (Note: they all worked together like a machine and no loud music or cussing). Finally, all done and beautiful. Now this is the test, about 2 months later, I noticed some flaws appearing in the paint. I called Mike and he sent his guys out to see and a couple of days later, the flaws are gone. Many companies say they stand behind their work but I would say Mike and his crew encompass theirs. My husband was in charge of gathering the estimates and making the contacts for a full paint of the exterior of our house. I don't believe SPP was the cheapest bid, but they definitely held the highest reputation for the price quoted. Once the crew arrived, the quality control was my responsibility. The crew worked for a few days with meticulous detail and offered 4 different walk thrus to make sure they were getting every area we needed and that the right areas were the right colors. I was thoroughly impressed to the extent that when they were finished, I asked my husband, "Is there anything else we need painted?". We have had many experiences where we have had quick and sloppy paint jobs. After reading reviews we decided to go with Spokane Painting Pros to paint the exterior of our home and shop. There are so many positive things about this company that we love! This company was extremely professional, friendly and most importantly they did an excellent job! When we had our estimate we had an appointment right away and the bid came back quickly and very competitively in comparison to other companies. Our home is nearly 5000 square-foot and we have a very large shop we also had painted. It only took three days for them to paint everything! I had the pleasure to meet Mike whom was very nice. We hired spokane painting pros to paint the eves and some trim on our old house and garage(rest of house and garage is vinyl). There are many steep pitches and tight spaces with lots of hand scrapping. They did a terrific job. The clean up was the best, they hand pick paint chips from the flower beds. We had a paint color problem but they made sure we were satisfied before continuing. They crew was promt and professional. They do not take any amount of payment unti the job is complete and the customer is happy with the results. We were expecting the worst and got the best. I have contacted Spokane Painting Pros to give me an estimate on getting shutters painted. When I was contacted by the Spokane Paining Pros representative I didn't get the impression that they want to drive to Coeur d'Alene, ID, but they did. The representative looked at my shutters and told me he as never seen shutters like mine. However, the shutter that I have in my house is the same shutters that are installed in millions of homes in the United States . . nothing special about them. The representative told me that he will e-mail me an estimate the following morning, I never received an estimate. Business must be so good that Spokane Painting Pros see no reason why they should respond to customers. read more
