Next afternoon, he showed up and asked if he could get started. Yessir! Let's make momma happy! His crew was respectful and friendly. They were in and out in about 2 hours, and my yard was cleaned up as best as possible for what I asked for. He did exactly what he said he would, and even cut up the logs for me. Larry was true to his word with the estimate, and my bride and I could not be happier with the results. Now I have firewood (I still need to split some of it) for my fire pit.

Jimmy, the owner, came out to give us an estimate, emailed the estimate soon after, checked in at the job site both times, made sure that the crew and I were on the same page before the work commenced, and emailed an invoice once the work was complete. I so appreciate that after dealing with many contractors that don't show, or take weeks to send estimates, etc. Our whole family loves to watch the crew work...it's amazing how synchronized the team is during the removal and clean up. The crew is friendly and courteous. It's amazing to me that they can come take down giant trees, be in and out in less than half a day, with not a branch or leaf left behind. Highly recommend! Love their emailed job quotes/proposal acceptance/payment option!

When I saw the Everett workers outside, I asked them if they could trim the tree. I'm not sure if the tree was on their list or not, but they gladly obliged. They asked my neighbor exactly what she wanted done with the tree. I also mentioned to them about another tree that was leaning over the sidewalk, and they took that tree down too! Later on, I noticed that by mistake they took an orange cone that I keep in my parking spot so that my car doesn't hit the sewer grating. I called the company, and they brought it back the same evening! That's good service.

There were also a few limbs which needed removal from various tulip poplars. The crew showed up when Walter said they would. The coordination between all members of the crew was wonderful - a well-oiled machine. In addition to removing the trees, stumps were ground, and Walter and his crew basically left the property looking better than when they arrived. Prices were reasonable, a great value for what I paid. Oh, and this is the second time they have been here. Two years ago, at about this same time, we had Cardona's out to remove about the same number of trees and some limbing work. Perfection then, perfection now. I really can't add anything more than what others have said in their reviews. Give 'em a try.

However, when they came out to do the work they informed me that they couldn't do the work for the quoted price and doubled the price for the job. It was an extremely frustrating process. When I contacted the owner operator Steve Previtali about the job, he actually came out and assessed the job and provided quality information. Stump-B-Gone is a licensed and insured business. Steve gave a great quote for the job and desired to start the job that evening. I would strongly recommend Stump-B-Gone for stump grinding, due to his professional demeanor, attention to detail and outstanding work.
