We had the same tree guy for years and he moved. Finding a new one who we trusted was a task. We interviewed 4 or so... when Jose came over I knew he was trustworthy. Scheduled for the next business day. Our trees were neglected to say the least. They trimmed 2 king palms, 1 other and cut one down. They worked so hard! Master Tree beat all the other quotes (blindly), including the ones from Facebook Marketplace. Esteban showed up the first time to give me the estimate and explained that "a team" would show up, take all the necessary safety precautions, remove it in ONE hour, grind the stump on site (they show up with big, new trucks), and clean up. Well, they did just that PLUS they trimmed other trees for an additional nominal fee, removed other debris I had at no additional fee, and did an amazing job with the cleanup! Their office staff handled the scheduling, emailed me their liability proof of insurance, handled the billing invoice, processed payment and receipt with extreme efficiency! I started researching on Yelp and read a lot of great reviews for several local companies. But one company stood out just a bit more which I decided to inquire with: Golden Oak Tree Care. At first I used the Yelp messaging to initiate contact with Reynaldo, the owner, but soon switched to text messaging. He was very quick to respond to my inquiries, needs and pricing after I sent (upon his request) photographs of the nine trees that needed attention. We agreed upon a very reasonable price, then set up a date and time for him and his crew to perform the work. My wife was home so she met the two gentleman that work with Reynaldo. They arrived at the designated timeframe and were very cordial and polite according to my wife. They quickly went to our backyard to prep for their trimming. Reynaldo arrived shortly afterwards but before I arrived home from work. Upon arrival I met him and his crew. All three were really cool and answered all of my questions regarding the types of services they do besides tree care and what they do not do.
