He pointed out a couple of invasive trees in my yard that needed to be removed right away, which I wouldn't have caught on my own (mulberry and chinaberry trees). We walked the property together, talked through what needed trimming or cleanup, and he gave me a quote on the spot, then followed up with it by email.
