Nothing I hate worse than seeing advertised hours not being kept. Came here to get a cut at 735 since they are not supposed to close until 8. Lo and behold, when I went to open the door, it was locked and no one at all was inside. I pull up Yelp for a phone number and it's actually advertised in Yelp that they are open until 9!!!! I just got a general voicemail that did not even identify the business, only the number. Needless to say, I will have to go another day or two a bit more shaggy than I would like lol. read more

I've been there a few times just for simple things as color and trim. This time I decided to go extreme and cut my hair very short since I am just very tired of the long hair. I wanted a nice short stylish bob cut. I wanted the owner to cut my hair since he has the most "experience" in the salon. I even showed him a picture of the style that I wanted. OMG! This was the worst haircut I have ever gotten in my life. It was not even closed to the picture I showed him. I had more than enough hair to create a very nice stylish bob and he just ------it up. There no option for NO STAR but given ONE STAR! I am giving NO STAR after my experience today. After reading reviews for Masters of Snip & Clip service and seen several gave the salon five stars. I decided to make an online appointment with Maritza at 6 o'clock in the evening time for wash/cut/blow for a good deal. When I came into the salon and told one person that I have an appointment with Maritza. He called her on the phone to come into the salon. When she came in and asked me about the appointment, she apparently didn't know. I have shown her three pictures of what I wanted to get for my hair. Instead of washing my hair, she actually sprayed water on my hair. No shampoo or anything. Just her spraying my hair wet then proceeding to cut and blow out my hair. When she finished doing my hair, I wasn't happy at all. I was very disappointed. I explained to her how I felt and she claimed the deal I got and what I want is for the price of $24.99 or $34.99. I am Hearing Imapired so I had to read her lip when she speaks. I was very frustrated. I should have got a wash and her asking me questions about what I want so we can be on the same page. She never asks me when exactly I want to get done or what I am looking for. She just looked at three photos and went ahead, assuming she know what I am looking for. She never ask me how I like my bang, she parts them in half. I like my bang on the side. She never made any suggestion. Every time I explained to her what I wanted and expressed how I felt, her attitude was like whatever to me. We went up to the cashier and rang up my price to $10.95 but on the menu board, the price supposes to be $24.99. I show her my iPhone which was the email of confirmation appointment which stated, WASH/CUT/BLOW, then she claimed that she did not know and no one told her about the appointment. She did offer me to re-do again but I did not have any time to do a re-do or come back in. She also did not charge me for this. Even though I did not get charge for the appointment, I was still very unhappy how my hair turns out to be. It should have been professional in the first place. They have an online appointment program so employees should be checking in every day to make sure they see how many appointments for the day and such. I didn't make my appointment at the last minutes. She could have checked in to make sure, been on time, and well-aware what's the appointment is about. I will not be coming back. read more

stay away from this place!!! this was by far the worst experience!!! took my son here for his first haircut & this guy approached us and said he will cut his hair. we trusted in him and believed he would do a good job! we sat down and he started to clip his hair. he made his bangs uneven and his sides were so lopsided! after the hair cut this idiot sprayed cologne on a baby!!! what fucking idiot sprays cologne on a baby?! i can't even explain how i felt?! it was the worst place and worst experience!!! read more
