Walked in to pick up an order I had purchased online on a Saturday…read more First let me start by stating that I have always been a fan of Williams-Sonoma. They have lots of things for sell that I did not know I needed nor existed. But this time the lady at the counter acted as if I was lost or she was on medication. I told her I was there to pick up an order and she asked me if I was sure it was a store pick up order and not an order to be delivered. Then she asked if I was at the correct store. Then she asked if I had already paid for the order then finally she asked what was I picking up. When I told her she said oh, yes I believe I saw that back there. I miss the days of people just asking to see the order. Oh and after she handed my paid item to me she asked if I needed a bag. Do better Williams-Sonoma. I do recommend this store as we need to keep the brink & mortars open.

Worst customer service especially for the price point. 1st, I asked if they had a gold/white new…read moreespresso machine in store, they said they did and had to go to the back to look for it. Ended up taking about 30 minutes of them looking to find out that they did not have it. So I said I'll take the stainless still one instore instead and asked for the protection plan to be added to it. (Was not offered it, but I saw it online as an option) The woman said she did not know how to add the protection plan to an instore purchase... (what?) so I said well I can add it myself to an online purchase and pick it up? So she ended up doing it that way herself. After paying for it... she said I would have to wait around 2 hours before being able to leave with my espresso machine!!! As it was literally sitting in-front of me on the counter... They said the wait is due to the protection plan which makes no sense. I said I had to leave, not sure why they won't give me the machine when I paid for it! The only way they allowed me to leave with the machine I paid for was by making me pay for ANOTHER $2,000 machine, and then will credit me back for it once the insurance plan "drops." I ended up being there for over an hour. And due to all this, wasn't even offered a discount or free bag of coffee beans. I was extremely patient there. But over all horrible Experience. If you're looking for an appliance, go anywhere else.

The staff was helpful in getting my book for me since arrived early. Bridgett was really helpful while I was waiting to give me some tips on their crepe pans and pans for making eggs. I was 1st in line and Maxi was an amazing person not just online but in person as well. After giving personalized bracelets for Maxi & her mom posed for pictures and met Doug , I continued to browse through this wonderfully laid out store. This store is their flagship store on Westheimer so they have tons of items for cooking and entertaining. Staff was friendly for the most part and willing to offer assistance. Worth a visit!!

But no record of a sale and no gift receipt. Did buy something else, but guess what. They didn't ask my name, email or phone number. Learned that this is how they track purchases, so I immediately returned my items so that they could be purchased with a record of the sale. And when I asked the sales person why she didn't ask for my information, her response? Oops, I forgot to ask. Maybe that's what happened when my friend bought a gift for me.

My wife and I had such a great experience doing a bon bon-making class at Mostly Chocolate! During…read morethe class, we were able to taste test a variety of the chocolate they use for their shells and got a really cool behind-the-scenes look at the level of care and attention they put into their craft and artwork. It was really interesting to see how much goes into making these chocolates and the amount of detail they put into everything. You can tell they really take pride in the art they create. Dany, the owner, was an amazing host and made the whole experience fun and enjoyable. He was very welcoming and did a great job explaining not only the process of making the bonbons, but also teaching us about chocolate and how complex it really is. We've loved their chocolates for years and have always recommended them to everyone. After doing the class, we have an even greater appreciation for what goes into making them. If you're looking for something fun and different to do, definitely inquire about the class. You won't be disappointed!

For vinegars they have everything from strawberry rhubarb & watermelon (they should just call it jolly rancher!) to hazelnut (that tastes more like coffee). And I only have ever seen just regular olive oil. But they have different flavors, including jalapeño! And is there just oil & vinegar? No way! There are also amazing sauces, butters, mayo and so much more. Try the hazelnut butter. I had to stop myself from eating the whole jar in one sitting. It's better than Nutella or any other hazelnut butter you've had (I promise!). The staff are so helpful. They don't just want to sell you, they honestly want to never be bored of the flavors. They will give you a couple awesome flavors that you can come back and refill with other favors. My husband and I have been coming here once a month (or more often) for the latter half of this year and I've truly never loved having daily salads more with all the different flavors and variations this place offers. They even have seasonal flavors. It's a cute little shop, but so much flavor and goodness packed into it. Just go there and you'll see for yourself!
