This is the 2nd time I have used JVM, and they have provided top-notch service throughout. I would like to give a special call-out to Victor Flynn. In this 2nd time working with JVM, I told Victor that his speediness in my first transaction 3 1/2 years ago made me realize that he was "in like Flynn"--in that he was right on top of getting things moving from the very first day after I had contacted him regarding my mortgage needs. Victor's explanation of my various options this time around was presented in a totally clear manner, and he and his team were available to assist me at all times. I also really appreciate the fact that there was no pressure upon me, as I was not ready to get the move going for 6-9 months after my initial conversation with Victor this time around, and other than 1 or 2 check-in emails from him, there was absolutely no high sales pitch from them, and no "push" or fear tactics regarding the market. I highly recommend Victor and JVM team for anyone who is planning on selling and/or buying a home in the Bay Area. I have no hesitation in giving Victor and his team a 5-star recommendation.

My husband and I have used Mike for our first home and the purchase of our 1st investment property…read more His reviews are all 5-star for a reason! He truly does go above and beyond for his clients!!! From beginning to end both my husband and I weren't used to all the attention! Any time we called with questions, Mike would call us personally to provide answers and walk us through everything to make sure we fully understood each element of the process. Especially as first-time investment property purchasers! It was scary but Mike really made the process feel effortless and was constantly going the extra mile for us! We felt like a priority during both loan processes and that's just the surface stuff! The knitty gritty? Mike knows his stuff and is willing to go to the ends of the earth to find you the best deal!! During our investment property purchase we were hoping for the best and interest rates were rising, and yet somehow, Mike still managed to magical unicorn an INCREDIBLE deal for us! I don't know how he does what he does - he pulled off two miracles and we still don't know how we got so lucky! We had a very challenging loan process with the seller and sellers agent being very difficult to work with and dragged the closing as long as possible. We were on a deadline and when the sellers/agent tried to drag the closing even longer, Mike worked with our Realtor, got another title company on board and got our loan closed within our deadline. Without going into detail Mike made the impossible happen. Truly. Mike has so much knowledge that he is so kind to share with you and throughout the process. He somehow managed to make what should be a really stressful time feel easy and make complete sense. Even when we had investment property questions he was incredibly knowledgeable and provided us with so much good advice. Most of all he was a great listener to all of our concerns, provided us with in-depth knowledge, and then fully supported whatever decision we came to. I will be recommending Mike to anyone looking for a loan ( you'd be lucky to have him on your side) to contact Mike. He makes magic happen and helps you understand it all! We were also impressed by Team Mike Molina, his crew of assistants, that helped with required paperwork, answering questions, or just following up on the loan process. They were very hard working and communicated effectively. We would DEFINITELY recommend using Mike Molina because he is reliable, friendly, thorough, upfront and VERY helpful when you are going through your whole loan process ( which can be very stressful). We finished our loan process earlier than scheduled and a week later he called to check in and gave us lots of helpful information about moving forward as new home owners. If you are looking for a loan, Mike at Citywide Home Loans is your guy. I could go on and on about Mike Molina but I will stop now cause this review is getting pretty long!

My experience has been mediocre with this loan agent and US Bank. I have done at least a dozen of…read morereal estate refinancings with different loan agents over the years, so I am familiar with the process. 1. The refinancing process was a little chaotic, and some departments in the bank were slow to move files despite borrower's multiple warnings of deadlines to the loan agent, so the loan did not close on time, which caused significant complications and expenses due to borrower's upcoming overseas traveling. 2. The loan agent promised a processing fee refund after loan closing, but he refused to honor it later. The borrower had to escalate the issue with his supervisor to get the fee refund. 3. Several months after loan closing, the title company told me they are still missing various signatures and notary acknowledgment pages for loan closing and they had to make an appointment with me to redo these pages. There seem to be many gaps in their refiancing operations.
