As someone who has never felt comfortable going to any automotive shop or business without my husband or father present, I cannot recommend AR Garage enough! They were incredibly responsive and helpful through messages on Yelp & continued to show incredible hospitality and customer service when I arrived in person. Upon arriving they came out and greeted me with such kindness, I immediately felt comfortable. They quickly took my car back and patched up my tire. Before leaving they mentioned they noticed my key fob battery was signaling it had a low battery & they changed it free of charge! Didn't even hesitate. It may not seem that big of a deal, but I personally feel like that showed how much they truly care about their customers. I came in for a patch up on my tire and I'm pretty sure I walked out with our new go to auto shop! I'll definitely be returning to get my windshield fixed. Cannot recommend them enough!!! read more

I brought my BMW to AR Garage to change my brake pads, brake rotors, oil change, and brake fluid flush. I like to use my own parts because I like the better quality German made parts than the standard generic parts that most garage used. AR allowed me to bring my own better quality parts to be replaced which is a huge plus for AR. The repair shop is located inside the AR car dealership, so I finally found it by looking for the AR auto dealership. The owner was very cordial and responsive. Nice guy. After my German parts were put on the car, my car performed like new. The labor was very competent and my car performed very well in braking now. Because I do most of my own work on my cars, it makes it even harder when I have to get something done through a mechanic. I will not even consider a dealership. After I modified the suspension on my off road vehicle I needed to have 5 tires mounted and balanced along with a 4 wheel alignment. Bernard was such a tremendous help for me and my family. My catalytic converter had gotten stolen and I reached out to so many different shops for pricing. Not only was the pricing fair, but his attentiveness to detail and communications were great. He waited a couple of months for me to finally come in and even though the pricing went up on the converters he was super fair with me and the shop took great care of my vehicle. I needed to find a new mechanic and I was recommended to AR Garage. I'll admit, I was a bit skeptical. It's like finding a new barber. You never know what type of work or people you will receive. I took my car in the expecting just an oil change. Turns out that my car needed more work than just an oil change. Obviously I knew all these issues but I only was there for an oil change. What impressed me the most was the responsiveness and confidence that Bernard gave me. He never tried to upsell me anything and he was honest about the issues he found in my car, which I was already aware of. I decided to get the extra work done because Bernard showed me and explained to me how much my car needed fixing. He called me right away when he saw a problem and he followed up with any update. I appreciated this. Bernard was so chill he made me feel like I already knew him. My wife was happy with the car and with the service. I was impressed by the honesty and transparency from Bernard. So now, I scheduled an appointment for me in laws to get the tires fixed. Definitely trust and recommend this place. Bernard, the Proprietor of the business was one of the very first to respond to my message, and in detail. 2. He included a quote, and Mr. Bernard was the only person to respond to my message that included a quote. 3. Last, but Certainly Not Least, Bernard made reference to his faith. That is risky business in this day and age if you are a follower of Christ. In these Modern times one could potentially have their business "cancelled" or whatever the term is of late in the throws of trying to eliminate the use of any term relative to Christianity and the like. I can't say enough good things about AR Garage and the tech Bernard who helped me out. I brought in my wife's car for a tire repair as she had a large screw punch straight through the center of the tire. I came in yesterday for an oil change and new tires after speaking with Bernard on the phone. I was definitely impressed by the cleanliness of the waiting room and even more impressed by how professional they were. After doing a quick check, they did recommend a few things my car needs (which I already knew about beforehand!) and they even provided me with a priority list I could use to plan out my future repairs. You want honest service then this is the place to go. They're not your average mechanic who will take advantage of you they're honest about the issues they find on your vehicle and recommend what needs to be done. Their prices are fair and reasonable to be honest a lot better than a few places I called. Bernard I appreciate you taking care of my father's vehicle and providing excellent service. Just had a terrific experience with AR Garage and they will be my go to from now on. My first contact was with Bernard and his communication was exceptional. He was extremely honest and went above and beyond my expectations and stood by his original quote. Our issue was with a faulty EGR valve and he could have just said we will install a new one but he suggested we try cleaning it first. I was putting of getting my Mercedes service B done because of the cost. I found AR garage on yelp and requested a quote online. The response time from Bernard was immediate and about 1/4 the cost at the Mercedes dealership. I booked an appointment for the next morning. Service was awesome! Bernard was great. Pricing was exactly what I was quoted online. I had a nail in one of my tires that he even patched for free! The waiting room was super clean and had a racing car game that kept my 5 year old occupied for the duration of the service. Service was quick and only took about an hour! The Mercedes dealership always keeps my car for a day, and I have to deal with transferring car seats to their loaner car. I can't recommend AR garage more. I've never had a more pleasant/easy/and no surprises visit from a auto garage in my life. I would give 6 stars if I could! Wonderful all around.
