Experience: Seaworld and Aquatica were offering military 4 free tickets, so I took advantage and took my family. We decided to go on Friday 26 Jun. Facility: This place is nice and a good size for the kids to roam. Service: Well, we discussed this amongst our family several times as we dealt with both rude and horrible staff and kind and friendly staff. You can definitely tell those who enjoy their job and those that need to find a new line of work, because customer service and client interaction is not their forte. LOL! Food: we bought all day dinning and drinks, which is definitely the right way to go. The drinks alone pay for themselves. Unlike other big parks, everything on their menus seems to be available on the all day dinning versus only certain choices... so that is great!! You get one entre choice (chicken tenders, burger, ribs, tacos, fish sandwich, pizza, etc), one side (fries, salad, fruit, mac and cheese, coleslaw, etc) and 1 dessert (cupcake, cookie, fruit, even a pickle, which I appreciated as I didn't want dessert) every 90 minutes. So no one went hungry. We even bring some ziplock bags so they can nibble on their pizza later. Most of the food was good, and some was really good. Overall: we had such a good time and we would definitely come back again. Tips: bring some bug spray, sunblock, water shoes and ziplocks.
I always have the best time at Aquatica whether I'm with family, friends or by myself. They have a variety of rides, slides, and lazy rivers to choose from. I love this local water park, and can't wait too visit again Great food options, and drink options as well.
We recently went to Aquatica on a warm Saturday morning! The traffic was horrendous. Field Service Officers were at the entrance directing traffic but they only made it worse. They were directing traffic based on the traffic signals and not using any strategic or common sense approach. For context, if no cars were crossing over I-Drive into the park, vehicles making a right turn into the park should have been allowed to turn right while waiting for that light to change. It took about an hour to travel a half mile. Once we were on property, we were directed to parking lot C. It was a little walk to and from the entrance. Thankfully we got to Aquatica when we did. We heard later from other park guests that some people had to park at SeaWorld and walk over to Aquatica. We enjoyed the lazy river and wave pool. The lines for the rides were really long so we didn't bother. We did dine at Waterstone Grill. The gift shop staff was pleasant. We utilized park bucks for a gift shop purchase and at Waterstone Grill. The bucks were available to pass members to spend in park. Bucks had to be redeemed via kiosks. Once redeemed, kiosks dispersed the vouchers (bucks) for use. Pass members also received two bonus free guest tickets. I redeemed those prior to our arrival and presented at the park entrance. Although, the day was chaotic in the beginning we enjoyed the visit. Aquatica was a great way to cool off on a very warm sunny morning/early afternoon. We left right before the rain started.
My first time in Aquatica Orlando and I couldn't recommend it more ! I love spending the day in the water park with so many water rides ! Walking around the park there's so many cute shops , even though we got the food all the pass , the options were very limited and repetitive, wished the gave more options. The staff was friendly and the park was clean .
Cute little water park. I thoroughly enjoyed myself! Has 2 wave pools but the day I went only one was working. Most of the slides were good it was the cutting in line that was disturbing. Kids & Parents using the fast lane when they didn't have the pass. There is no employee at the rides checking so I don't see the point. I also think if the chairs were set up better there would be so many disgruntle adults fighting over space. Some of them adults just seem mad their there so be aware. I really enjoyed that we could bring in our own food that's a great touch for a park. Overall I enjoyed by time there I would go again.
i was really excited to visit here with my son but it was sort of an experience due to a number of reasons. it took us two hours to get in like right at the exit 1 - all due to traffic lights and flow of traffic in not being seamless. i'm not sure where blame is due there but that's a bad vibe to start the whole park entrance. i know crowd control doesn't fall on the park per se - but orlando as a city should look into this! people were like getting out of their cars on the highway confused. inside was PACKED. and my friends couldn't make it in because of full parking capacity with no allocation of other options. the lockers were starting at $41, parking also starts at $41 and it goes up for better quality. we got the bbq cheeseburger but the fries were honestly my fave part of the day. really good fries. also - mobile order is key - we got our food fast that way but fellow people had waited 2 hours ... the lazy river was not clear, but alas we swam. the park as a whole looked nice and big, i did enjoy the variety of offerings and my son is not quite that age yet but he had slides and places to play so i did appreciate that. i am hesitant to visit again on a weekend but maybe it could be a better experience on a week day or better time.
We went for the aqua glow night. It was ok, but there are some things they could improve upon. For a glow night, they had a lot of their black lights off which defeated the glow aspect. They also had a major ride not working and food was expensive. For the price, it was fun to experience the water park at night and the lines were shorter than during the day which is a plus. It was a decent time but could be great with a few changes
I must say this Water park did not disappoint me and my family had a fabulous time. The only pitfall was the bathrooms. They smelled terrible and one of the water slides that I was looking forward to was not up and running that day. That was a waterslide when you get on a Mat and you go down and race other than that had a great time will definitely revisit, but I hope they get the bathroom smelling a little better because they smelled like a Gas station bathroom. Oh I forgot and last I noticed when we were in line getting on the waterside, you know you're up high so you get to look down and I noticed that they had pallets of water sitting outside. I thought that water should not sit outside in hot weather.
I came for aqua glow and most of the vendors were closed. There was no mobile ordering available in any cabana which greatly diminishes the cabana value in my opinion. When we did trek out to the bar Desirea fully understood the assignment! She was fast, friendly, and had a STONG pour. Overall I would do it again. Had a great time catching up with an old friend.
Aquatica Orlando is always a fun time. They have so many water sllides to keep you busy and smiling. It is family friendly and has everything for everyone. They even have a kids section for water play but also two wave pools for everyone to enjoy. Lets not forget the Lazy River that everyone loves and enjoys They have a variety of cabanas you can rent and lounge around in, particularly the Family & Premium Cabins right in between the two wave pools which is where I stayed at and was absolutely secure, safe, and convenient. They are also even guarded and watched over by Aquatica Orlando Personnel. They have an attendant to take care of you, a locked safe with a key, and a QR code in your Cabana and they will deliver all drinks and food over to you. They even have 10 water bottles within a cold refrigerator and towel service with loungers.
What an AWESOME DAY! This was my family and I, 2nd time coming here, and weren't disappointed, such a BLAST! We bought tickets on Groupon for $140 for all three of us to go. We spent $70 for up front parking, $45 for a locker, $35 for an all day eat pass, and $180 for fast passes....TOTALLY WORTH IT! Food was better than most amusement parks as far as quality is concerned, and we shared our meals, the all day pass is good for one, but there is enough to go around for a family of (3). Had an upside down cake that was warm and freshly made. The fast pass, really is the TRUE HACK for getting your money/time worth, you fly by all the lines and average wait time is like 10 mins max. We went on-pretty much every slide they had, before the park (Weather) closed at 5:30. We expected that leaving from Palm Harbor, and running from the storm, but it's that time of the year. The only thing I can say I did not like about our experience, someone vomited in one of the garbage cans, that we have to pass by multiple times to get to our locker. We showed up at 9:00am and by 5:30pm the garbage cans was still-not taken care of. All-In-All, I will definitely come back again. These bad reviews for this waterpark has no merit, in some cases. It was my first time ever at Aquatica on Tuesday June 24, 2025. It was insanely busy and 4 (or 5?) attractions were closed!!!!! The wait for every slide was an hour!!! At one point they shut one down and people kept waiting. I got a fast past (which is $60!!) which I highly recommend however if I knew most attractions especially the best ones were closed I would not have done it maybe. I have a season pass at island h2o and it's price wise way better, the slides are better. What I did like was the very fast lazy River!! And the other lazy River has a fish and dolphin watch. That elevates the experience. Island H2O might have a few less attractions and is a smaller park but at least they are all open and I never had a long wait there before. I won't be back here, not worth it if you pay full for half the experience.
I can't believe I had not visited this park after living in Florida most of my life. We came to Orlando for a few days and didn't really have anything booked or planned. This park happened to be 4 mins from our hotel so we decided to spend a day here. Ideal for families and for kids over 48 inches (so they can go on more slides). Although they have a huge area for smaller children. We had a blast in all slides, the 'beaches' areas, lazy river and the rapid river. My kids are 10 and 14 and we all enjoyed our visit here.

We visited Aquatica Orlando using our annual passes on July 30, 2026. Despite a rainy afternoon that caused more than half the park to clear out, we stayed, the weather passed, and we ended up having a great time. The park itself is fun, clean, and once the rain stopped the lines were much shorter. I was also happy to see that the hot water in the showers was finally working again. The last few times we visited there was no hot water, so that was a nice improvement. One area that really needs attention is the bee problem. They were everywhere. My daughter was stung, although I do want to give a huge thank you to the First Aid team. After I removed the stinger, they quickly brought numbing medication and ice, which helped tremendously, and she was able to enjoy the rest of our day. Aquatica should seriously consider investing in professional bee management, including traps or other safe methods to draw bees away from heavily populated guest areas. My biggest concern, however, was employee professionalism. Around 7:44 p.m., outside the Aquatica exit near the employee entrance, I observed what appeared to be an employee rolling what looked like a marijuana joint in plain view. If security cameras cover that area, management should review the footage. In addition, several employees at the food registers seemed more interested in asking girls for their phone numbers than helping the customers who were standing there trying to order food. The park is clearly staffed primarily by teenagers and young adults, which is understandable, but customer service expectations and professionalism need to be reinforced. Overall, we still had a fun day, especially after the weather improved, and the attractions continue to make Aquatica worth visiting. I just hope management addresses the employee conduct issues and the bee problem because both take away from what is otherwise a great water park. Oh also, if you normally use the green life vests, they did do away with those. That's the adult large. They only have XS, medium and xxL. As part of my Girl Scout end of the year trip, he wanted to participate in aqua glow. We purchased our tickets with the help of staff due to our tax exempt status. Everything was very smooth and easy to coordinate. A very cool thing about aqua glow is that while it is for the nighttime event, you can come in as early as 4 PM. Our group got there at six as we had a cabana rental that would be available at seven. We were able to find chairs while the kids started getting on the slides while we waited for the cabana. The seven person cabana rental was $249 but honestly, it was worth it. It was great having a central location for the kids to meet up. They supplied waters and a little fridge. It also has a locker with a key so you can put your valuables away and go through the park with the peace of mind of knowing that your stuff was safe. I love a waterpark and I had a great time at aquatica. The rapids lazy river was probably my favorite. The kids went on all of the slides. I was a little disappointed when I went into the wave pool after it reopened at 8 PM. We went through four different countdowns and no waves. We had bought the pre-dinner meal ticket. I was not a fan of the food and there weren't many people who enjoyed it. I had chicken tenders and fries, but it wasn't great. But it was a really cool event. I love how they lit up the park in aqua colors. Definitely a great experience and I would come back. Maybe I would try to see if I can go to the fancier restaurant and not buy the pre-meal. read more
This was my first time at Aquatica. I came for a charity event that was raising money for the Special Olympics - the Polar Plunge. I didn't personally go in the water or ride the rides as I was only there for the event but it was really cool to see the water park. There are a lot of super cool water slides and water play areas. I think this is a great place for families. You can pay $300 for an annual pass and come back all year long. If you go more than 3 times it would be worth it. In Florida, it be fun to have an annual pass to a waterpark, especially in the hot summers. While we were there, I had a pretzel and it was actually really good. Sometimes theme park snacks are just overpriced and not very tasty. For lunch I had pork tacos which were just okay. Overall, I think it was a great event that Aquatica hosted and I would certainly go back in the future when I have kids. read more

Visited recently and had a great time! I suggest arriving 30 min before park opens so you are 1st in line to enter. We found a shady spot super easy by kid area. We rode 3 rides before the park got busy! The ground was super hot so I also suggest water shoes or wearing your shoes around the park. read more

I had a great time with family at the illuminate in the evening. It was nice weather and gorgeous lights. I enjoyed some eats while I was there. They were pretty ymy and glad I had the chance to try them. Some of my favorite items were the adult grilled cheese with tomato soup. The the flatbread pepperoni pizza. Both were delicious and fresh. I would recommend other families to go check it out for some awesome photos and spending time with each other. I loved the the staff helped us whenever we had questions and knew the location of many things on site. Thank you all!! The only thing that was tricky was the parking of course. Some staff was directing vehicles in one location and failed to stop the line and we ended up almost exiting the location after paying for parking. Lol glad I figured it out before on my own. read more
This is a fantastic water park in the Orlando area. Its sea world's water park. The park has great slides and a nice lazy river. Even a faster river rapid lazy river kinda thing lol. The park restrooms were amazingly clean. The food was good and the all day dining plan it's a great deal. The wave pool is nice but low key waves nothing crazy like typhoon lagoons. But I do rate the park better than a Disney water parks. Better slides by far. And a much better value!! 9 out of 10. Highly recommend read more

I was a typhoon lagoon addict for years until... Aquatica! We recently moved back to Orlando and love it more than ever! Smaller, handled people flow better, cleaner, even the expensive food (get em while and cause you can) mango hut chicken and fries were great. We became platinum members and now it's ours anytime we want! The only suggestion is there are a couple of bored sleepy lifeguards that need to go home already. How can you work not knowing you can't be sleeping on the job? I should be a quality control hidden shopper here! See ya soon! At 63 my wife and I loved the Roa's rapids not so lazy walking river! It will keep you on your toes that's for sure! What I love most about waterparks is you never see the natural human emotion of anger while in the water! I think cool water cools our spirit' I've never seen people arguing inside the water at a waterpark, just smiles and laughs! We only stayed for three hours remained sunburn free and we have an entire year to know it inside and out! Best entertainment investment ever! read more

I went on a Monday and there was no lines!! Definitely recommend a cabana which gives you air conditioning, shade, and a place to rest! There is amazing food places! All the water slides and attractions were so fun and fast! read more
I have been here several times over the last few years. Most recently, I went today. Overall, the rides are pretty good. Wait times vary depending upon time of year, as expected. Roa's Rapids (the fast lazy river) is my favorite thing to do here. The food is fine. It's just your typical burgers, pizza, chicken fingers, etc. The cleanliness is below average I'd say. This is the kind of place you definitely want to wear your shoes into the bathroom. The bathrooms are nasty. I'm giving it a 3 because while it isn't amazing, the wait times are generally a bit lower, and it's just fine. read more

Great time at Aquaglow! We were allowed to enter the park and sic and do most of the rides with low lines. I got the ticket with the meal and it was disappointing because there were nt much places open for food and most of them had long lines but the meal was filling. Aquatica should truly be a five star water park. My experience overall was solid. It's just difficult to rate it a five. The Staff here is just not well trained (if trained at all). Don't bother asking them a general question, it's a waste of time. The park does not allow outside food. Some staff workers were checking guest's bags for security reasons and to make sure no one was bringing outside food. This was not enforced though, we walked through with our bag pack as did other guests with no issue. We purchased our tickets via the app (which is great btw). We got there early, got our tickets scanned and skipped the long line, only issue was with the quick queue, for some reason they send you to the information booth to get your wristband. This took a while. Apparently there was only one computer working, so we had to stand in the heat for a wristband. We later found out there was another booth inside, not sure how many guests knew about this. We ended up grabbing our wristband there, we found out later that we received the wrong wristband and had to go back to replace it. Smdh! The Quick Queue is a wristband that allows guests to bypass the general line and get on the water slides faster. Prices vary. On this particular day being that it was the Fourth of July weekend we paid $100. My son had a blast, that quick queue came in handy for sure, but I felt that had more to do with the fact that we got there early when the crowd was under control. Again, the workers do a poor job at regulating and don't do much to accommodate guests with a quick queue wristband. There is zero authority at Aquatica, They have the audacity to charge $100 for this perk but once bought, it's fend for yourself. This was disappointing. My advice is get here early as the park gets busy close to noon. You might get away with bringing food and snacks as again I don't think they really care. Even though they warn you not to bring outside food at the entrance Pack light. Eat a good breakfast before getting here unless you're ok paying $15 for a hot dog. Bring a waterproof sling bag (under $20) at Walmart and skip the overprice locker if you can help it. They have seating areas in around the park, (a nice and shady one near Tassi's Twister) unless you're ok paying an arm and a leg for a cabana or lounger, I strongly suggest leaving a towel on the chairs you wish to claim.
