Nice size water park with decent rides. All ages will enjoy and definitely worth the add-on. Only issue is you have to walk through the entire LEGOLAND park to get to the Waterpark. There is no direct entrance.

Rude supervisor infront of young children.

Buyer beware. They have majority of slides closed during winter. "Pump issues" "not enough staff" "hurricane damage" Do not waste ur money!!!!!! Two baby slides open for children under 42inches. They don't even have the correct tubes available for twin chasers for children under 48inches. Spoke with Sofia powel who basically told me it wasn't her problem and to call corporate to tell them my complaints. She was also rude to me in-front of my young children. Even though it's obviously not the employees fault they could try to be more accommodating and at least have the necessary equipment available for children to ride the only slides that are currently open!!! She told me the tubes are too moldy to be used. Absolutely ridiculous.

Nice water park, but not much to it. There's a lazy river, about 4 slides, some kiddie areas, a wave pool, and a splash zone. It's very clean, but doesn't appear to be kept up with. Park isnt that old and the paint is faded from the Florida sun. A lot of the umbrellas could also use some cleaning. Other than that, it's a clean park. You have to walk through the entire park to get to the water park. It would be nice if there was a train or something that would take you to the water park. Parking is $23. If you plan on being at legoland for 2 days or more, just get the season pass as it will be about the same price and it gets you feee parking and admission to the wax museum and aquarium in Orlando.

We started at the lazy river, then went to the giant play structure, then to the wave pool.

Upon getting unpacked, two major issues were unresolved and were not satisfied at our departure. They kept saying they would fix the air conditioning (for the upstairs, and the heater for the pool). This made the stay for those sleeping upstairs very, very uncomfortable. And we not able to enjoy the pool. Other minor issues, we took pictures of and also alerted the staff. The house was nice, but... I can not in good conscience recommend staying here. The customer service was totally unacceptable. And...they billing was a nightmare for my cousin. Once returning home and getting her invoice, she and I spend hours on the phone with her credit card company disputing error charges!

There's a sandy area if you prefer as well as a wading pool (all heated) and there's a little game deck where you can play lifesize Jenga and connect four! The cabanas are reasonably priced and you can book them by the day or by the week. Thanks so much Melissa for helping me with the booking process! The Cabanas come with a bucket of waters and poolside service that will deliver lunch and drinks at the times you'd like! Very nice bartender Cecilia! She was an amazing bartender and made our drinks to order! Well done!

From the moment we arrived to when we left, everything was really well done. The staff were friendly and welcoming, which set the tone right away. They have a buffet for breakfast and lunch with a good variety of options, so I feel like most people could find something they like. There are also smaller stands with snacks, pizza, and ICEE stations. Now let's talk about the drinks. There is just something about a frozen daiquiri when you're by the water. Highly recommend getting the drink package and trying a few... or all of them if you can handle it. I loved how many different areas there were to explore. Seeing dolphins swimming so close to the beach was actually kind of magical. They also have a monkey island which I was really excited about. It was closed when we got there, but I could still see them from a distance and I loved that. The aviary was really cool too. Tons of birds, but also tons of people. They recommend going first thing when the birds are most active, which we did, but so did everyone else. We got there about 45 minutes after opening and the birds already seemed a little over it. Honestly, I don't blame them. The Grand Reef was such a cool experience. I didn't really know what to expect, and even though it's man made, it still feels really immersive. Some of those rays are huge and have zero fear. They will swim right into you. My guy had never experienced anything like that and he loved it. I also liked that there were shallow areas and deeper sections if you wanted more of a snorkeling feel. The only downside for us was the Wind Away River. There are spots that get deep really fast, and that day they were apparently out of floaties because people were hoarding them and claiming areas. Staff even acknowledged it, which was frustrating because nothing was being done about it. It made parts of the river harder to enjoy than they should have been. Other than that, everything else was great and it made for such a fun day. Also the bar swings were a highlight. Loved those.

We had our own private ambassadors show us around the park and were escorted to the sting ray feeding area . We got our wet suits and lockers . Bathroom is very clean and has plenty of towels . The sting ray feeding was so much fun . The ambassadors are very informative . Trainers will feed the larger manta rays since they are larger and take vitamins but we fed the smaller sting rays which was a lot of fun. Also we got to feed small fish which was a fun treat for us . Monkey island pool - warmest water in the park Tropical river - slightly chilly but overall fun Great reef- chillest but once submerged not bad . Colder due to sea-life . Great reef was amazing , it looks like nothing but once you put googles on it's another world. Highly recommend. All inclusive drinks package - worth the money it can get pricy . Food - buffet style , it was okay . Not great , not good but satisfied appetite . Lots of towels , food all inclusive and a great way to spend time in Orlando !

This hotel is like a home away from Home . Very spacious for big families and big groups. They have two and three bedroom suites, amazing restaurants, pools, and a market on site. Rates start from $200 a night during the off season and up to $400 during the high season. Access to the waterpark is included with your stay. And truly the waterpark is the best park. They have poolside service, a lazy river and lots of lifeguards standing by. The only downfall I see of this property is that is so big so there's a lot of walking. But overall it's an amazing hotel. Very close to the Disney parks and plenty of room for families. You can even do groceries and cook and if you want to. This is my go to resort when in the area. I highly recommend it.

It was easy to enter using the My Disney Experience app, as it already had the tickets under my account, and it was also a quick bus ride from Disney Springs. Towels are complimentary, and lockers have a small fee. Changing rooms are located near the front of the park, and are reasonably ok considering how many people go through them. The floor is paved but pretty hot to walk on, so I still recommend wearing waterproof footwear. Waterproof phone holders are probably the #1 most useful item to bring here, other than sunscreen. There was a surprisingly large amount of people here on a Monday; pretty much all the chairs were taken around the wave pool, and there were scarce empty spots in the humongous body of water with equally gigantic waves. They're not waves for babies or beginners at all - they knock you down and drag you far, even where you think you're far enough, which is pretty rad. While a lot of people were crawling around the park, the wait times weren't too bad. The lazy river, Castaway Creek, was chill. There were people around us all the time, but enough space to still feel comfortable. I was amazed at how long the river went on for, and at how much varied scenery they detailed through the course. I also loved and hated the surprise waterfall you're forced to go under at the base of the mountain. I wasn't able to get through as many rides as I'd hope because of a brewing storm that eventually rained everyone out of the park. There are attractions for people of all thrill levels, though they seem more family-friendly than catered to daredevils. The rides are easy to get on, too - you just walk up, grab an available tube, and wait in line. There are also convenient refreshments littered at all ends of the roundabout park. The theming around the park is fantastic, including the iconic Miss Tilly atop Mount Mayday. Lagoona Gator both welcomes and waves you off at the entrance of the park.
