I have needed a new cover for about two months. I have called, emailed, and tried to communicate through their website. Even when I have been able to speak to an actual person (twice) they needed to get back to me and never did. She couldn't have been more pleasant. She was honest and let me know the saunas were back ordered and when I could expect a delivery. I had a few questions from the electrician and sent emails to Kim. She answered all of the questions promptly. I was pleasantly surprised when my sauna was delivered early. Getting service this year has been a nightmare. I replaced the entire mechanism for ~$1200 last year. This year (in March 2026), it detached from the hot tub, rendering it unusable in the prime spring weather. - I spent the last 10 weeks trying to get someone to come out to repair it (offered to pay full price) but no reponse. - Initially spoke to someone in the service center, who told me I needed a "bracket", and that it was on backorder. - A month later (in April), I reached back out to service center to check on status. I was told the original person I spoke to was no longer with the company, and the part wasn't the issue. - I asked to speak with a manager; was told to speak to Jeff. - Left multiple messages with Jeff, but he never got back to me. -Filled out the "service form", also no response. After 10 weeks, I got fed up waiting and went the DIY route. Located YouTube instructions on how to remove the panel. Once I did that, I saw the plywood they used to re-install cover lifter last year (which bears ~150 lbs of load btw) was only 1/8" thick, which would explain why the mechanism failed. I installed a 1" board, then remounted the screws on the lifting arm and closed up the panel. Fingers crossed, this will do the trick. As mentioned, the tub works mostly as advertised; Hot Springs equipment is great. However Capital Hot Tub doesn't seem to care about customers once they've made their purchase. The whole point of paying a premium price is to avoid this kind of hassle, and not have to DIY fix your stuff on the weekend.

Because the work by our local pool company was done in two stages because winter had set in, the finishes did not match and there were some water infiltration problems that caused some discoloration. Federal Stone was extremely helpful in getting this corrected and their Owner and his wife traveled to Connecticut from their plant in Maryland to inspect and refinish the coping themselves! We were absolutely amazed at what they achieved and we now have the most beautiful pool around! Kudos to Federal Stone for a great product and superior customer service!! They are the best!!
