We were introduced to Flores Cleaning Services about 8 years ago to initially wash our windows. The work they did was incredible; they were fast, professional and extremely capable. The windows always sparkle, sills thoroughly cleaned, such a great experience. Since then they've also cleaned our gutters, and power wash the exterior of our home. Jimmy and Erik were here all day yesterday, working non-stop to take care of all of the above - gutters, power washing the house, the deck, the front porch, even the side-walks! And the windows look great! We have never been let down by anyone at Flores and it's really a comfort to know they are there to take great care of our home. Crew leader even walked in my house without knocking and I found her inspecting my windows from the inside (which was not a service I asked for). Will NOT use in the future! read more

Received a recommendation from a friend in Maryland that this company does a fantastic job on window cleaning and very reasonable. I was able to get an appointment sooner than I hoped. We have a large home and I couldn't be more impressed with their professionalism. They arrived early and were done in under 2 hours. With all the recent storms our windows were in sad shape. What an amazing job they did on cleaning our windows, screens and sills. I will definitely use them again. I am very surprised at the negative reviews. Buyer beware!! They crew arrived at my house, inspected the outside and quoted me $400 to power wash the outside of my house. When they were done they informed me that the $400 quote DID NOT include the brick front of my home. Unbeknownst to me, I was apparently quoted $400 for 3 sides of my house. Although they never mentioned that. Complete and utter rip off. The guy told me he could do the brick for $100 more. So $500 for a 2,400 square foot house. Umm - no thanks. I called the office and was told I should have known because their ad only mentions siding. Unfortunately, I didn't get an ad and had no clue what she was talking about. I got their information from a neighbor. Never again. I should have used EcoWash like I've used in the past. Much cheaper and don't ask for more money to complete a job. read more

Were supposed to be here today between 8:00 AM and 9:00 AM. They called today at 8:15 AM to cancel because of "safety" reasons. They quoted high winds. I would normally understand that but all we were having done was first floor windows and power wash our deck. Nothing up in the air. They wanted to reschedule for next week, but we needed it done today and had this appt. set. Very disappointed. Not sure how it is unsafe to clean ground level windows and a deck because it will be windy out. read more

I have used their services for many years. I was very pleased with them until today. The price that they charged me before for all windows and the whole house power washed with the same coupon that they had for many years( have not changed price-I have coupons since 2017 ) was $579. They do not honor the price although the coupons are exactly the same. They want to charge me $500 instead of $275 for power washing and $335 instead of $285. It does not make sense and is not reasonable at all. Coupons the same but they want to charge me extra $256.00. The lady on the phone when I called her did not care and said my house does not apply to the coupon! Although I told her I was going to send the previous receipt for her to see she did not care. I told her I was going to post negative reviews for the way they are handling this situation and her response to me was "WHAT EVER". Very disappointed to see how they do not honor prices given with the same service and coupon. It seemed like they just wanted to make more money! read more

I honestly do NOT understand what has happened to this company! I have lived in the same home for 17 years. I have used Flores for window cleaning every year (spring time) and very satisfied with the work, service, pricing. Then, last year, after my usual spring cleaning, we had several months of heavy rain, so I called and asked them to come again (3 months later) and to clean ONLY the outside. No price was discussed, but I assumed (big mistake) that it would be less than the regular yearly price for both inside and outside. When the two men arrived, I was told that it would be the same price as inside & outside just to clean the outside. This made absolutely NO sense, and I sent them on their way. Fast-forward to spring '19... I called and made an appointment for my "usual" spring cleaning (inside and outside). When they arrived, I was a informed that the price would be more than DOUBLE what I had paid in prior years. Now, I can understand an increase over time, but more than 100%??? I called the office while the men were standing on my porch, and Vanessa was extremely unprofessional and downright RUDE, yelling at me that my house had "special custom windows", (same windows for 17 years, by the way), and that the new price was non-negotiable, and that they had had a "problem" with me the prior year (the inside vs. outside issue). I asked her to lower her voice and stop yelling at me, when she hung up on me. Be VERY careful with pricing expectations if you are going to deal with this company.
