Please read my full and thorough review down below. This part is only me responding to him calling us liars. Obviously he is unable to prove we're lying. Never in the texts did he say our pool was beyond repair. Not once. The only thing cheap about this situation is Justin's shoddy work. Upon further investigation we found out he DEFINITELY is NOT LICENSED in the state of California to do repairs over $500. He is a glorified pool boy at best. That's why his rates are so cheap. It's literally illegal for him to charge more without having the proper qualifications. That is why he will fix things in different stages, so he can stay under the $500 threshold. Pay attention, he will charge just under $500 then find something new to fix which will cost just under $500... lather, rinse, and repeat. I would save your money and go with somebody who is REPUTABLE and LICENSED as Justin is neither. You will not be protected should a problem arise. His father is licensed as I was able to locate his license. I'm guessing he illegally works under his father's license which can get them both in trouble. If you go to www2.cslb.ca.gov to look for either "AquaPro" or "Justin Fowler" you will find neither. A simple internet search will prove he's unlicensed. I've provided two screen shots of the lists which are arranged in alphabetical order. Where "Justin Fowler" should be on the list is painfully obvious that he's missing. The fact that his name is not there means he has NEVER been legally qualified in California to do any major services as they even show expired licenses. Also available is a list of all businesses with "aquapro" in the name, both previous and present, and it's not there. Aquapro has never been a legitimate business, not even for a single day in California. Just look under the photos for this "business" and you will see the screen shots there. But my review was "all lies" right, Justin? Where is the lie? Everything I'm claiming is literally substantiated by screenshots of the conversations including the time stamps! All of the questions he has in his reply has been answered in my review and the doubt he is trying to cast has been invalidated by my screenshots. Clearly his reading comprehension leaves much to be desired. We contemplated not even exposing him on this level but he sure made it an easy decision by trying to put our integrity in question. Our house isn't even on the market, it never has been since we bought it. I'm not sure why he's saying we're unable to sell it. It's literally not for sale. The purchase of our new home was not contingent on the sale of our old house. He's trying to paint the picture that we're destitute white trash and that's just not true. All he's proving is that we own more than one home. If you, for some ungodly reason, decide to work with him, don't pay him until after the repairs are done. The last time we paid him the $400 he took the money without completing the job. When we paid him after the repairs were done there was never an issue. Do not trust him. You can see in the texts my boyfriend was incredibly patient with him until the end. I would take his replies to me with a grain of salt as he is unable to prove anything I'm saying is false. His attempt at slandering our character is pathetic but I'd be desperate to grasp for straws at this point, too, if I were him. Let's be thankful I'm not. read more

Justin and his partner are amazing. My last pool service person flaked out on me and I needed help in a hurry to get my pool ready for 4th of July. He quoted me a price over the phone, thinking I wanted a one time service, very fair price at that. When he showed up that very same day to help me out, I informed him that we wanted a maintenance plan and he said he didn't need any money that day but would set us up on a payment plan. I insisted that he take the money for the first month because he was really helping me out of a jam. My pool was turning green, not cool for the guests. My pool is now up and running beautifully. I am so impressed with his service and demeanor. I highly recommend AquaPro services! read more

The owner of AquaPro is 100% correct in that I should have gotten my facts right, before opening my BIG Mouth! I only hope he can forgive me! My previous review that accompanied the - 0 rating was based on an incorrect assumption that "Justin F" was Justin Frasier, the very dishonest, previous owner of "Pool City" attempting to start fresh in the pool industry, under a new name. Again, the review below is NOT about AquaPro/Justin Fowler...it was meant for... "Pool City/Justin Frasier" Hah! What a liar! "Doing your part to provide an HONEST and RELIABLE, service!?!? LOL!!!..."and an HONEST living"!!, My Ass! Lol! What a joke! Do yourselves a favor and check-out whatever dirt you can dig-up about "POOL CITY"! (and trust me you will find a ton!) Previously located on Bonita Rd in Chula Vista! Justin Frazier is NOT the "Pro" he claims to be! For the love of God - do not hire him to resurface your pool! Mr. Fowler, I am so very sorry for my incorrect assumptions and in no way intended to impose slanderous judgement, nor cause any negative impact to your business. We contracted with this company for a year plus, but three months ago, they gave our contract to another pool service without our permission. Did the double bill arrive? Of course. We contacted Aquapro several times but were summarily ignored. We question the legality of this and are looking into action as having a stranger come onto our property and do God know what to our pool is at the least unethical. Oh, and by the way, thanks for ignoring the yellow mold problem. read more

I spoke with Justin, I was a little worried at first because I thought he'd laugh at my situation. Instead he was kind and explained what services he'd be able to offer. I had purchased my kids a decent size above ground pool and felt overwhelmed on my own trying to figure out the exact science to handling the water, but he assured me that he could help. We have used AquaPro a couple of times in the past to check our equipment, clean and test the pool. Justin is really knowledgable about all technical parts pool related and plumbing too. He offers great suggestions, is very professional and is also just very honest. The pool always looks great when he is done and he will answer any questions.
