With this review I will have done both. I cannot emphasize enough what a rare gem for food this is, there really isn't much like it in the area. I have been coming for lunch and dinner for years and have not been disappointed. The menus are constantly evolving but always feature fresh top shelf ingredients. The service is friendly. The coffee and food are good. The gift shop is a lot of fun. You can't miss the river, covered bridge and chapel out back. There are plenty of picnic tables so you can enjoy food and beverages outside while enjoying the beauty. Along the river you will see gravestones for all the cats that used to live here back in the day. In summer, this is definitely touristy and busy. Late fall to early spring is when all the locals visit.
