    Spacious taproom.

Great place to drop by for tasty beer, food , and music!! This is a must-see stop in the Waupaca area.

I really love this space, from the layout to the decor. Fun seating, tables, lighting, games to play, merch, etc. We visited in winter so we'll have to come back in the summer to see what the patio is like and bring our dog. The appetizers we ordered were very small for the price and the food menu is pretty limited so that takes away a star. Some beers are okay while some are great..the cherry sour brown ale was one of the best beers I've ever had. Lots of butt puns to enjoy.

Fun place for a beverage, and a great option to watch a sports game, play a game (shuffleboard in the back!) or play boardgames with friends at one of the lounges. Not a huge beer gal, so the non-beer options were greatly appreciated, and dare I say that the Hinder 'Rita could go toe to toe with any other bar version! If the weather is nice, use the patio, it looked awesome on a rainy day! Story of how the brewery came to be is also super funny, and it shows in the beer names and general decor and events schedule! Grab a Hinder!!!

Kind of an interesting and unique setup! And I'm not mad about it. You order your food and drinks at the bar, they bring it out to you, and then you clean up your space when you're finished. I actually loved it. The atmosphere was trendy yet small-town pub with games and karaoke.

I really like their beers! And the Hinder-rita ain't bad either! I typically don't like much that local breweries have to offer, but, I have to say that Hinder knocks it out of the park. It's one of the few places that I can do a flight of beer and enjoy them all. They also offer appetizers and frozen pizzas, all very good. No proper lunch or dinner though. Worth a visit every time that we are in the area.

I was in the area for a big family function. One of my cousins really wanted to check out this brewery, so after fulfilling family obligations....we popped in for a flight! We walked in and got pencils and paper to get our flights sorted out and decided on. A place called "Hinder" in Wisconsin is gonna lean in to the butt-related names. And it made me smile and giggle. Puns, word play, themes, jokes....It is definitely my bag. I dig it. You get to choose 5 beers for your flight. And I went with Butt Lite (an easy drinker that most palates would be ok with), Tangy Tail (ya gurl loves a gose, this one was ok), Foundry Water (a German pils...eh), Paca Bum Bum (English brown ale, my second favorite of the bunch), and El Extremo w/ Lime (Mexican lager, my favorite of the five). The bartenders were friendly and offered some good recommendations. I really liked the metal gear flight holder. Importantly...it was easy to carry and to know which beer was which. We also got an order of cheese curds to share. We were all a little disappointed that the cheese curds were from frozen. But sometimes...you just need something to munch on while you are sippin' on your beers. Good beer and worth a visit!

We had been out hiking all day on the ice age trail so the outlets and wifi password on the menu were huge for us!

Nice brewery. Solid local brews with a lovely ambience and attentive, quick service. Clean and new. Appreciated the holiday (Halloween) decor and the sample beers before we placed our actual order. Friendly wait staff from start to finish and we reasonable prices. A glass of Cabernet was $5.

We stop at HH Hinder whenever we are in town for hockey. They have great beer, and the space is super fun! They welcome kids and have a large selection of games & activities to keep them entertained. This is the only brewery the kids ask to visit. They do have a limited menu - appetizers, pizzas, and egg rolls. We've not tried these options as we are focused on the beer. I always order a flight as their beers are all very good. Be sure to bring a growler to take home your favorite.

Order the beer flight and grab a hinder. Hinders are for grabbing. And this place has so many you can grab. First time here. They have food but came for the beer. And will be back. I got a tank top that that has " I grabbed a hinder" across the. Guess what? Hinder! Steve serves great water too! Beer is a perfect 10 with all the options. Light, dark. Bitter, sweet. Keep brewing guys. I love the Hinder attitude!

I was introduced to this brewery by my husband's family when he and I were just dating. I learned quickly this place was my husband's family's go-to brewery, where they brought friends and family or just their spot to enjoy each other. They have been coming here since the building was just a tiny space with a makeshift bar! This is where I advanced my palette and fell in love with craft beer! Not just the beer but also the staff and the vibe of this place, really is just so much to love here. Okay I know, cheesy, meh, have another sip of that beer! I've bonded with my in-laws here and it's pretty much now tradition to come to the brewery when we visit. I bonded with my husband's brother and then his soon-to-be fiancé, and this is where they had a wonderful celebration with family and friends after their wedding. So many treasured memories and milestones here! They have a great variety of merchandise! I have a great collection from over the years from shirts to mugs and hats. Their swag is always fun to browse through and collect. We'll stock up with many of their delicious beers to bring back for friends at home (mostly our fridge!). It's fun to share their beer and see our friends' faces light up at something they never had. It's wonderful to see how much Central Waters has grown. Beautiful and spacious inside with an event room and shop for merchandise. Has outside seating and a covered patio. They also have rotating food trucks during the warm weather. Parking in front but fills up fast! They now have a second location in Milwaukee! A few of my favorites! Mudpuppy Porter Call Me Old Fashioned Bourbon Barrel Stouts are the best I've ever had. Really any beer you go with you'll be delighted! Looking forward to visiting around the holidays. Cheers to awesome beer!

As a rule, I tend to rate breweries and brewpubs first and foremost on the the quality of their beer. On that basis a 3.5 star rating would be appropriate. But the ambience and atmosphere here is so inviting and comfortable that it shows just how much these elements can bring to the hospitality experience. That said, I'd rather drink great beer in a barn than terrible beer in a Vanderbilt mansion. But honestly I would come here just to hang out and play board games even if I weren't drinking the beer Speaking of which, a crucial part of that ambiance is NO SCREENS. I'm not averse to catching a college ball game on a Saturday afternoon at a corner pub, but this isn't the place for that. Any uproarious excitement from the clientele will instead be on account of a competitive game of Uno.

Excitement filled me as i aloud said "yasss can chat you up! Hello my 381st brewery!" I was warmly welcomed by friendly & knowledgable beertender Mikey. Staff Stephanie was nearby too. Mikey built me a flight. After making my way partially through the flight & beery chat, Mikey poured me a sample of Charlotte's Revenge Scotch Ale. Mmmmm so good!!! Of my flight, none of the six would i not order again but the Maibock was my victor!! Watch out for My Sophia....she is sly @ an easy drinking 9%. Mikey poured me a blue eyed blonde while telling me it was named for the owners wife. Boom....a few minutes later Mikey "thats the blue eyed blonde behind you". They had a brick oven but we didn't even discuss food. Mikey said they just celebrated 10 years last week, March 4th. They were originally right across the street as Mikey rattled off the store names where they were. Time got away from me so i didnt look @ merch. Thats my second visits task. I really like the tap room!! Spacious, lots of natural light, the exposed brick wall, the kitchen right there and a really big bar. The brew house just outside the tap room. I like the Wisconsin shaped flight paddles. When looking @ my flight list i asked the order? Mikey pointed out there is a tiny "map" on the sheet! I appreciated that w all the rising prices Knuth still offers a reasonable flight of $2 pours! I asked Mikey how to pronounce Knuth? Then forgot to ask its definition or how the owner came up w the name? Knuth checks all the boxes! Delicious beer, fantastic staff, comfortable digs, easy parking & just an all around good vibe! Thanks Mikey & Knuth for providing such a delicious & great experience; looking forward to my next visit, cheers!
