With this review I will have done both. I cannot emphasize enough what a rare gem for food this is, there really isn't much like it in the area. I have been coming for lunch and dinner for years and have not been disappointed. The menus are constantly evolving but always feature fresh top shelf ingredients. Today I had a pork belly sandwich that was kind of like a club sammy but so delicious. Steph had the tacos of the day that were amazing. Both dishes were lavish and presented beautifully.

The menu here is HUGE, an entire full page of breakfast items on the front, and an entire page of lunch items on the back. Plus they have daily specials too. We were drenched and decided that some hot coffee on the way out of town would be just the thing. Aquamos Coffee Collaborative to the rescue! It's in downtown Waupaca, so the parking is basically street or street angled parking. My husband was able to find a spot to sit with the car and camper while I ran in and got our coffee. Since it was lunch time and I noticed what sounded like a pretty stellar breakfast sandwich on their menu, I ordered us a couple of those as well. For our coffee we got the caramel roll latte (caramel-y, ever so slightly cinnamon-y deliciousness). They also have alternative milks, if you so desire. The breakfast sandwich was a sesame bagel with chipotle mayo, egg, bacon, and sharp cheddar--it was super flavorful and absolutely delicious. Oh...and I believe they're dog friendly. We're anticipating a breakfast menu beyond waffles, I would even be happy with yogurt and granola. The espresso as near as I can tell is a medium roast with great flavors, kind of a nutty finish and just a hint of chocolate. The most predominant flavor is coffee, which is my favorite. Perhaps as the baristas gain experience we will see latte art in a large ceramic latte cup as a lagniappe. The place is perfect, I hope it will be a permanent Waupaca establishment. Good WiFi, except for the day it didn't work.
