We spoke with several pool repair companies and when we met Dan we knew we'd found our pool professional! Dan was courteous and timely scheduling and coming out to assess our pool and heat pump. As first time pool owners, we had a lot of questions. Dan assessed and fixed a small air leak in one of our valves and took time to help us better understand the basics of our pool. Our heat pump needed a complete replacement. Pool-X-Perts was priced competitively and worked with us to integrate our pool automation system as well! It was a great experience, the heat pump went in without problem, and we couldn't be happier! Lastly, a short time after the heat pump was replaced, Dan followed up to make sure everything was still working well and we were satisfied with our install -- of course we were! Also offered us breaks on replacement parts because he deals direct with the manufacturers than going retail. He and his wife have just about become part of the family. They are also very pet friendly as well and when they leave they do not leave your pets trapped in a portion of the yard and also do not leave gates open. If they damage property they own up to it and notify you of the problem and offer to fix the issue, they even will leave you a rubber ducky when they come by to let you know they've been there. I wasn't satisfied with the tech and asked nicely for an explanation on certain things and also asked politely if they could do a better job when it comes to cleaning the pool. I received a text from them with the following: We do not take any instructions from anyone. We closed the skimmer valve last week to protect your equipment from any damage because the water level is too low, and you are treating us like we are your slaves. We do not like the way you talk. We are closing your account. Please find a different company to service you. We will issue a credit to you shortly. I was in absolute shock with that customer service. When I proceeded to call the store and speak with a supervisor I explained to him that I am the paying customer to which his response was "so what". He also then accused me of not answering the phones calls, to which I explained I work full time and do not have that capability. To which he said, "well your calling now aren't you" he then proceeded to hang up the phone. All I asked were some simple questions via text and were politely asked. Being a first time pool owner, some things I did not understand. I also asked if the tech could "please" do a better job and cleaning the surface of the pool. Thankfully, Elite Pool Designs put all of our fears to rest thanks to their amazing customer service, fair prices and excellent, high quality work. We previously had a koi pond in our backyard but, as the fish died out, realized we wanted something else back there instead. We reached out to Elite Pool and Cyndi and she came over the next day to assess our yard. As we had no idea where to start, she helped guide us through the whole process, connecting us with surveyors, tree removal experts and all of the other hidden things you don't think about when you decide "I want a pool". After the work to get the yard ready was done, we went to the Elite Pool offices to pick out the tile, lining and design of the pool. Cyndi walked us through the shape and features we wanted, and provided a very reasonable quote for everything, including, automation, a heater for the pool (hey it DOES sometime get cold here!) and a screen enclosure. Construction for the pool started in October 2024 and finished in late January 2025, and our hat goes off to Robert (owner of Elite Pool) for his help with managing the entire project. Crews arrived as needed and on time, and though there were some periods between steps where not a lot of work was being done, it was never unreasonable and given the holidays, totally fair. Inspection and electrical were simple and easy and now we are ready to enjoy our pool! For anyone in our same position, looking to install a pool from scratch but not sure where to turn, Elite Pool Design should be your first call, can't recommend them highly enough!

Apollo Pools rebuilt my pool and spa in 2018. They removed old pavers and installed new ones with…read moreperimeter drainage, refinished the pool surface, installed new heater, filter, pump, lights, ozone generator and rock fall. They also fixed some settling issues around the perimeter of the pool. The crew was excellent and Dominic kept me informed. The longest delay was waiting for the pavers. The only complaint I have is regarding their pool rescreening subcontractor they use. He wasn't very good as the screen often pulled out from the channel. Eventually after a number of visits the issue was fixed. My recommendation is to get someone else for the screening. Anyway, it is now 6 years later and everything is working well. I recommend Apollo pools. My job was a total makeover and they managed every aspect well. I have no complaints and would use them again.
