In my opinion Victor plumbing and ONLY Victor plumbing! When we moved into our property over 13yrs ago our house backed up and flooded. Victor was sent out to give an estimate he took the time to look at all the issues (not just the surface) he gave us several suggestions of what we should do to eliminate the water backing up into the house. We felt confident that his company would be chosen in fixing our problems. However the property managers chose to go with a different company and within a few weeks we had massive issues. Asked again for Victor Plumbing to come out. He came and fixed the issues the other company, heightened issues n messed up. Fast forward 10yrs later - eventually we needed a drain field - Victor put it in and went above and beyond in trying to eliminate water backing up. We will ask for Victor every single time. He's honest. His employees care and he genuinely wants to help people. From someone that has interacted w him for over 13yrs- I highly recommend! As a renter, I never know what vendor is coming to my home for when I submit a work order. Victor Plumbing has sent out technicians twice to my home and I've been very happy with their service, professionalism and thoroughness. I'm not sure what the first technicians name was, but the 2nd team that came to my home yesterday were Martin and Johnny. They were both very helpful in explaining to me the issues that they were seeing and gave some helpful advice on some routine maintenance advice. I am extremely satisfied with the service from Victor plumbing. I realized when about to give my baby a bath that my water pressure was almost non existent. After letting the water run for a minute while checking other areas of the house the water turned a yellowish brown color. I made an appointment with Victor plumbing and they were there the next day!! So thankful! They were very thorough and Ronaldo was so personable and friendly. I just moved into a house and hooked up my washer and dryer and there was a leak coming from the cold water hose. I submitted a request for maintenance through my rental property. Victor Plumbing was called and I met with Martin 1st who got the leak to stop, but suggested that he submit a request to install a new hot/cold fixture. Jesse came back 2 days later and was very quick and efficient and I am able to use my washer again without worrying if cold water is still leaking. Victor installed our new septic system for our newvhome in Lakeland. he was the most reasonable bidder and had great reviews. His workers were punctual, polite and professional. they answered every question, and when the didn't know the answer, they contacted Victor who personally oversaw every step. If you need an honest assessment on your septic system, CALL THEM!!! I was told I needed a new drain field from another large company, and called Victor for a second quote. He checked the tank and found a clogged filter, replaced it and saved me $4000.00. They are incredibly knowledgeable and I was impressed by the honesty and work ethic. I was very impressed with the young men that came out from Victor's plumbing. They were courteous, prompt and very thorough, they also took the time to explain to me exactly what they were doing.
