Woke up to our hot water heater leaking and were not talking about just a small drip but pouring. After shutting off our water line, we looked for the closest plumbing company and Aqualine came up, as they were right down the street from us. After talking with the super friendly receptionist, (I believe her name was Cherry), she put us at ease and send her technicians over immediately. They arrived in about 30 minutes and identified that the issue was the supply line. Thank goodness the receptionist had shared my description of the problem with them because they brought a replacement supply line with them! Jesse responded to my request on Yelp within minutes and Sherry followed up to schedule a tech visit. They gave an upfront pricing when I described the issue. They have a minimum 2-hour policy, but totally worth it! Eric came in at the scheduled time and cleaned up the clog within 30mins. He also helped with fixing a minor issue with a faucet in the same visit. Am very happy with the service, hopefully the clogs are not going to re-occur. If you are in need of a good, reliable and knowledgeable plumber- this is IT! About a week ago a toothbrush accidentally fell into the toilet. I had a clogged kitchen sink at my house. Eric spent 3 hours getting the clogging fixed. He made sure it was fixed even though it was a pretty complicated job due to the way the pipes were connected to the main line. Outstanding service. At 6.30 PM Saturday evening we by chance discovered a big leak in the irrigation pipe in our backyard. We were heading out of town the next day. Our regular plumber was very responsive but was out of town himself. I looked in Yelp and reached out to Aqualine Jesse contacted me within 15 minutes. He diligently worked for over an hour to find one of his staff and even escalated to his manager. All thru he kept me posted. Around 8.00 he said someone would be over in an hour. We had a clogged sink that we couldn't clear with a plunger so called and got Henry out pretty quickly. A simple snake didn't do it (soft clog reclogged) so they did a hydro-jet which seemed to clear the problem. They worked quickly and cleaned up thoroughly. read more

Our kitchen sink was getting slower and slower and for a few days so slow I couldn't really do any dishes or run the dishwasher. Also had a slow bathroom sink too. Our kitchen disposal was backing up, so I went on yelp to get quotes. Josh at Aqualine replied right away and recommended hydro jetting to clear out the grease and food build up. The quote he gave me was $200-300, which was high compared to others who offered to snake the drain, so I went with another company. They snaked the drain for $70, but the problem came back the same night. I wasn't surprised when this other company recommended hydro jetting, but was shocked by the price--$900! I checked a couple of other places, and was quoted $450 and $675. I messaged Josh and got an appointment 2 days later. They did the hydro jetting for $300. I should have gone with Aqualine in the first place. They have the best price, as well as excellent communication and service. read more

Over the 3 years we have had Aqualine do a few small jobs for us - garbage disposal installation and new kitchen faucet installation. Yesterday was our first "bigger" issue that they helped us with. We happened to look under the sink a few nights ago and noticed that the back wall under the kitchen sink had mold. Yuck. This was something that my husband couldn't handle, so we called Aqualine and they were able to get someone out first thing the next morning. Henry showed up right on time and was able to easily diagnose the problem and find the leak. He explained what he needed to fix and was clear about the costs. He did run into a problem when he was fixing the kitchen pipes, but knew exactly what to do in order to fix the issue the correct way. When he was done he spend extra time to ensure that there was no more water leaking and wanted to make sure it was perfect before he left which I really appreciate. I requested several quotes from multiple plumbers and Aqualine was by far the quickest to respond. They were able to gauge my plumbing problem through a few pictures and provided me the same if not better advice than a few in person consultations. I needed a drain for my washer in the home I just purchased and it turned out that they were draining through a sink drain (which explained the previous owners water leakage problem in our utility room) I felt comfortable with the professionalism and expertise I received through their contact. They were able to give me a good idea with pictures of what I wanted done to the shower and had very fair pricing, even before their first visit.
