Quan misunderstood that she did not contract for the replacing of the lawn pieces. However, the business owner Kory stated that he is willing to do this on her behalf without charge. I am therefore correcting my rating since it was my misunderstanding and not the plumber, Kory Rushing. (Old review no longer valid) Company owner, Kory Rushing was "paid in full" for plumbing repair work on my friends (Quan) property in San Jose and did not finish the job. A section of lawn needs to be replaced over a ditch on the front lawn. The owner's wife, Skylee Rushing was contacted twice via phone (3/19/24 & 4/4/24) requesting that the job get finished. Both times Skylee stated that her husband or crew would be over to finish replacing the lawn pieces. The owner, Kory nor his crew ever showed up or called. The job still remains unfinished. I, Dale Kuersten am representing the property owner (Quan) a 77 year old Thai woman who doesn't speak english clearly and feels she's been taken advantage of. All she wants is the job finished as she is unable to resolve this by herself. From their website: "We provide the expertise, attention to detail, and guarantees that you can rely on to make sure your project is done right." I don't think so! The installation was good, but the technician did not explain all the fine tuning of the equipment. I had specifically asked for a quiet system. The furnace is quiet, but when the AC goes on, it is noisy as heck. I asked for a service technician and was given the run around on the number you have to call. It goes to some general call center that is not the direct number to the company. I received texts for service times randomly without being consulted on my availability. The furnace blower can be tuned to lower the noise, but I wasn't told that. I had to look up online for that information. I have yet to receive a direct call from the local AireServe of Campbell & Saratoga. I should have been paid more attention to the reviews online. The experience has been somewhat unprofessional and lacking so far.

Once the work was approved, Antonio and Charlie helped provide a permanent solution. They were both great, did an amazing work to get the job done and explained things to me on what they were doing. The new copper pipes they installed look great and no more leaks, which was the most important part. They cleaned up after the job, wore shoe coverings inside the house and put a self adhesive sticky covering over the exposed hole in the wall to ensure rain doesn't get into the opening.
