Fixes ranged from replacing media to cleaning injectors, yet the problems came back over time. It wasn't until CFWT came out did we learn that due to the high concentration of sulphur and low concentration of iron, we needed a different type of media in the filtration system than the one installed. Alex, Andrew and Hunter did a great job of installing the correct components and completely resolve the issues. I can't recommend this team enough! Well done and thank you!

Alan replaced several pieces of equipment not working or not working well, cleaned our system, and made all the adjustments to give us, yes, the best water in Windermere. Will be using Teles Services in the future and highly recommend. Arsenio saved the day. After a city worker in a city utlity truck negligently drove onto our private property and over the water main box (twice actually so it really was just reckless) he ended up severing the PVC connection from our house to the main line. The city put it on us to get that fixed (!!!) so I came to yelp and found Teles Services with glowing reviews. I called and Aresenio was out, same day within 45 min and began work to connect the water back. We had water within a few hours (even sooner) and I was pleasantly suprised how quick he had it finished. After a headache of a day, it was refreshing to have a competent person to deal with who was also genuinely sincere. We already have some work we will be calling Arsenio for in the near future and we're very happy to have found a great, reputable plumber. Highly recommend.
