This was shocking to me as prices have gone up for everything home related post-pandemic. I had an excellent experience with Chicago Garage Flooring. From start to finish, their team proved to be honest, hardworking individuals who were dedicated to delivering excellent service. They even helped repair and paint my interior garage walls and consulted on storage solutions on a budget. The end result was remarkable - the floors look amazing and we have everything tucked away in closed storage or hung up on the walls. Even after several days of 90 degree weather, the epoxy stayed intact with no issues. At a time when home renovation costs are high, I appreciate the quality work and honesty of Chicago Garage Flooring.

At first, I was very pleased with the flooring. It turned out excellent! Nevertheless, months after, it was clear they did not correctly repair the issue where the puddle was forming, as they claimed they would be able to as the puddle had returned whenever it rained outside. It comes up through the floor. I sent them photos of the issue as well. I reached out to have them return to assess the issue, but since it was about winter, they said they would need to come back out once the weather was warmer in order to repair. In the spring, I reached out several times, leaving messages and emailing. Finally, they responded once and asked if they could send someone out at a specific date and specific time. Unfortunately, that specific date and time did not work for me, so I responded that we would need to find another date and time; however, since then, they have not returned a single call I have made or responded to any emails I have sent. I have left several messages (I always get the machine), and still they never respond or call me back. This has been going on for a few months now. It is clear they have no intention of fixing the issue or do not consider my issue worthy of their attention. It is sad because I truly enjoyed the work they initially did, and I even recommended them to other people.

We had the salesperson from GWFC out to our home to see the work we wanted done on our floors…read more Unfortunately, she selected the wrong type of wood for installation, which no one realized until the crew showed up to pull up our old carpet and install the flooring. The wrong wood had to then be removed, and the correct wood needed to be dropped off. Then rather than have us next in line to have our floors installed, which is what we would have liked in terms of customer service, they scheduled us another month out. This was terribly inconvenient because we had other home projects lined up with various cont based on the original timeline. Those projects are now all delayed as we await installation. Update: GWFC moved us up a week, so we're delayed three rather than four weeks. They also credited us $200. The floors themselves look terrific. The crew that worked on the floors were also very good.

For my basement I got an awesome LVT product from the manufacturer MSI that came from their Cyrus collection along with a matte black floor tile and white beveled subway wall tiles for my bathrooms I could not find anywhere. That was also an MSI product. Cathy listened to what I had envisioned but also gave her input to better educate my decision which is all I could of asked for. Tried to use 3 seams in places we will sit everyday and told me it was structural. I've had 2 other providers since confirm that was a lie. They clearly used remnant pieces hoping we wouldn't notice. For the grand finale, they damaged my brand new cabinets trying to install their product that ultimately wasn't even cut correctly after all. The sink was off and they rammed my cabinet door trying to shove it in. 2 nice gauges I get to look at everyday. Of course, they haven't responded to me about this. I asked for a refund, which was agreed upon, but have still yet to receive anything. Hoping to save someone else this disappointment.

I stopped in the store and spoke with David who was extremely gracious and helpful. I had the manual with me and he explained the pairing process and highlighted/flagged the page I needed to refer to when I returned home. I followed his directions and the remote now works. He also took a copy of my receipt, so I would not be required to return to the store if the process was not successful. Excellent customer service. I have always found the sales assistance to be exceptional. Referral to electrician for hanging was a very easy process. Products might be a bit pricier, but I have learned you get what you pay for! Highly recommend Galleria LIghting!

We immediately went over and liked the Savoy chandelier. We asked about the return policy and delivery time. No problem with returning, credit in the store- no restocking fee- and delivery was about 2-3 weeks or we could take the one in the floor. We opted for the floor model. They had us return the next day to pick it up - it was boxed in original packaging and No waiting time in the pick up either. Plus Theresa's price was $300 less than her competitor for the same chandelier and the Savoy chandelier was close to half the cost of our original choice. Fabulous experience all the way around!!!

Sandra showed up 5 min early, and was polite, if a bit surly. I left, and came back later in the afternoon. From the results, I've got to say I'm not dissatisfied, but certainly not impressed. Overall, it was what I could have done in 4 hours, and I was hoping for a bit more from a professional. The floors and stove looked great, but I did leave out clean sheets, which were not changed, but the bed was made. The shower was wiped, but still grimey, and my tub looked a bit worse than when I left it. Also - there were huge dust bunnies under the bed! Still! The windowsills were not cleaned, and I guess a bunch of little things I thought would be done, weren't. My apartment is tiny, a studio, but maybe I should have ordered something more thorough than a General Cleaning. I dunno. They also called me and left a message saying that I need for next time: a string mop (sponge is no good), rags (they improvised with some hand towels), paper towels (I guess she didn't find the dispenser), and bleach (which was under the cabinet). So, I wouldn't really recommend, but they weren't bad. My house DOES smell nice now. If there is a next time, I'll try someone else, though.

When I first called, the rep on the other end was really curt & not particularly pleasant. I really didn't care, as long as the actual housecleaner did a great job. Thankfully she did. But, she was also an hour late. I was still buried under boxes & packing peanuts, so it wasn't a big deal. But she was still an hour late. Once Flenora got started tho, she was a monster. We cleaned the apt every week and I've never seen it shine like this. I would've went with a full five stars, but gotta hold them accountable for the rudeness & the lateness. In the end, we got back our security deposit, so, that's all that matters.

What could have been a good experience was ruined because they just didn't want to bother going the extra mile to make sure everything was right.
