If I could leave a lower review I would. I got my nails done about a week an a half ago maybe 2 weeks now. The chipped paint started 2-3 days in expect I was out of town and had to deal with it obviously when I came back. The workers were extremely rude and wouldn't fix them even though I paid a decent amount for gel polish. I have to mention, I don't even get my nails done. This was only for a special occasion and they couldn't even last a week. I've never once experienced this, but thanks to the lousy customer service I will not be coming back. read more

This was the first (and last) time there for a pedi. It really depends on who you get. I don't know this lady's name she was older. Very rough, very fast, cuticles cut too much. Forced my feet in a position that was good for her to paint and told me not to move. Towels literally felt like sandpaper. Felt more like physical therapy than a massage. Bowls were not lined, didn't appear to be very clean or sanitized. In and out in 20 minutes. Receptionist was nice and no waiting. That's pretty much all that's good about this place. If you are in the LGBTQ+ community, or wear a mask still, this is probably not the place for you. My partner and I were rushed through 2 sets of acrylics, one 58, one 53. From the last client, the gloves were not changed, the tools were not changed, and the towel arm rests were not changed. Once questioned on whether we were sisters or "friends", we told them we were partners. The service got more aggressive, my partners pinky skin was drilled off on the side, my middle finger cuticle was also heavily dug into. They called my fingers "dirty"???? I`m an artist... it was tattoo ink... and then he began trying to scrape it off with his finger nails (no glove), as well as the paint beneath my finger nail, (WITH HIS FINGER NAILS). My partner left bleeding with an uneven set. I left bleeding and pissed. Not a relaxing or inviting experience for a "spa" Please do not waste your time, or risk your health at this place. read more

I received a 10% coupon for my birthday as I was literally walking into the salon. I decided to get a pedicure along with my cell manicure due to the coupon. First of all the gals that did the manicure and pedicure were great, however the polish they used on me turned my nails 2 different colors. The gal at the register said that brand of polish did that to her as well. They had to take all the cell polish off my toes and fingers and start again. 2 1/2 hours later I was done and paying for my services. It was 76.00 and I told the girl at the register that I had a 10% coupon so she took 5.00 off. I told her it should be 7.60 off and she said the maximum amount off is 5.00. I showed her the coupon on my phone and she again said max amount would be 5.00 only. I asked to speak with a manager and she says she manages herself. No manager on site for my visit. They wouldn't honor the coupon I received moments before my appt. Due to that and the obviously cheap polish they used I will not be back! read more

I've been coming to this nail salon for more than 10 years. Every pedicure I have had was great. The pedicures used to be a lot more luxurious with the wax at the base cost, but I understand with inflation the wax has to be upcharged. The time I've spent here has varied from 30 mins for a pedicure to 90 minutes when busy. I've also had acrylics done several times. The best time it was done was a man who talked my ear off the whole time but his work was meticulous and neat. Yesterday's experience though was not great. I came for a pedicure and acrylics. Pedicure was great. But acrylics were not done well. The alignment of the nails was off with the nails not following the curvature of my fingers. The cuticles were sloppy, Polish was on my skin, and when I told him I wanted more oval shaped nails the man told me the nails were too short for that shape so I should do square. I also originally wanted a different color from my toes (at this point the pedicure is done but my acrylics were just getting started) but because I was running short on time, I settled for the same color but it was too bright for my hands. I paid, got out in natural light and suddenly noticed a lot more imperfections. I don't expect them to be perfect, but I didn't like one thing about the nails. I called and they offered to fix them but I couldn't come back so I made an appointment for the next day. They did fix the nails shape and color, but at my expense (another $30 bringing my total to $88). Nothing was done to correct the misalignment or the mess under the nails. read more

I've only been here twice and got the same guy. I don't know anyone by name. However, if you plan on getting a pedicure or manicure and they sit you down with an older gentleman, decline the service. You would have paid 33 dollars for gel polish only. I don't think he can see very well. Hence his really thick glasses. Either way... if he can't see he shouldnt be in the industry, it's a rip-off and literally just legally stealing from us. Back on track... so this man cuts my cuticles and left all my hang nails... my cuticles could be cut down more, but once again he can't see... when I started telling him to go over certain nails he responded and said "I cut a lot already, once he put oil on my hands they will look better." (Face palm) and he didn't clean under my nails with the metal thing they use. When I asked him he only did a few nails, and didn't do everyone of them. I was so mad at myself for going there and getting him again. The last time he he did my pedicure. He took the metal clippers and tapped each toe and was done. No cuticles cut. THIS IS THE WORST NAIL PLACE! I needed to get my nails taken off before my wedding day, just a soak off I told the girl at the front. Employees are sitting in the pedicure chairs getting massages, she asks this older gentlemen to soak off my acrylics. He doesn't use foil with acetone, he tells me to soak them in pure acetone and then he uses an acrylic nail to slide underneath the fake and real nail to pop them off. All products he's using are old and used, like they've been used for years. During the acetone soak, he goes outside for a smoke break, and comes inside reeking of smoke to finish my nails. There's still acrylic on my nails when he's done with them. There's no signage of pricing anywhere, girl at front named Logan says it's $16. At the best places, I've never paid almost $20 for a soak off. She tells me they don't do soak offs normally so that's what they charge me. She had the biggest attitude and calls boss and still says I owe $16. What a joke. Never coming again. The entire place is disgusting and they use old materials and do not clean in between clients. The old man's nail was almost bleeding while he was trying to force the fake nail under my acrylic to pop them off. Disgusting and unprofessional. They don't care for any customer. These other bad reviews are all real and I would never come here or advice anyone else to. I would give negative stars if I could. read more
