Unlike plumbing and electrical, painting is an art as well as a craft.  Charlie brings a lot of…read moreboth to the job and takes pride in his work.  I think that's what makes him exceptionally good at it. We had a small but complicated job to paint den and bathroom ceilings and the bathroom walls, after electrical work had left a number of holes and needed some ceiling reconstruction. Other painters we talked to wanted plasterers to come before them.  Charlie brings equal skill and enthusiasm to both which IMO is critically important in case something turns out to need fixing once the job starts.  He does exactly but only what's necessary, to keep the quality up and the cost down. The result was outstanding.  We intend to hire him for future work. He has my highest recommendation. Oh, and he was on time every day, starting early, staying late, working quietly and coming on the days he said he would, and he cleaned up beautifully when he was done.

If you have ever had (or tried to have) work done around your house, you've no doubt experienced frustration and downright agony. Refreshingly, Charlie demonstrated professionalism during every step. He returned our initial call, showed up to review the work, provided a quote, arrived on the planned date, and completed the job. Throughout the process, Charlie listened to our statements, answered our questions, asked spot on follow up questions, shared information, provided suggestions, and worked efficiently and effectively. All of our pets are very well taken care of, healthy and shots up to date. Of course the report was u founded but if you believe that there is an issue in someone's home, talk to the homeowner. You don't report them. I suspect maybe race played a role in this too but unsure why someone would have the audacity to violate your trust and not communicate their concerns directly to the home owner.

The prepped over 650 sq ft. of floor space; Moving over 5 yards of stone; installing over 500 ft of steel rerod; and building forms, in one day! Day two, they wheelbarrowed and poured nearly 10 yds of concrete to a trowel finish. The entire project took two days and my wife and I couldn't be happier with the outcome.
