Not only that, but he came out the next day, first thing in the morning. He not only resolved every issue I had with this new pool, whose system was completely different from what I was used to in Rehoboth, but he explained everything, suggested ways to make things easier for me, and most of all made me feel so comfortable and less anxious about the process of using a DE filter. Not only that, but his price was reasonable and competitive (even better) that other quotes I'd gotten. I read the one review prior to calling him. I have no reason to post a 5 star positive review for him, as I don't know him, he's not a friend. I am simply giving a review based on my experience of using him for 1 hr. Finding someone willing to repair the pool wall and replace the liner felt nearly impossible. By chance, I came across RP Solitions on Facebook and requested information. About two hours later, Manny--the owner with over 16 years of experience--reached out to schedule a call for the next day. He was punctual, professional, and extremely polite. That same evening, he came by to assess the damage and followed up the next day with a very reasonable quote. We ordered the liner, skimmer, and padding, and once everything arrived, Manny and his crew showed up 3 days later on Memorial Day, working through on-and-off rain from 2 PM until 7:30 PM. Six hardworking professionals who clearly take pride in their work. Unfortunately, the liner was defective (not their fault), and when the replacement arrived the following Friday, they came back on a Sunday to replace it without hesitation. The team was clean, respectful, responsive, fair-priced, and most importantly--trustworthy. I would absolutely hire them again in a heartbeat. Outstanding Experience with Mackillop Home Services LLC…read more Recently, I needed my pool assessed to see if it had to be completely replaced or if I could get away with just replacing the liner. The old liner had leaked and some of the sidewalls were bent--but not severely. I called another pool company to come take a look and give me their professional opinion. Over the phone, they told me flat-out that if the walls were bent--even a little--the entire pool had to be replaced. They refused to come look at it in person and quoted me around $7,000 total ($5,000 labor plus parts). Yikes! Then I saw an ad for Mackillop Home Services LLC and decided to reach out. I messaged Matt, and he called me back the next day. I explained the situation, and unlike the first company, he agreed to come check it out in person. After looking it over, Matt said the pool absolutely did not need to be replaced. He said we could simply straighten the bent walls and install a new liner--all for about $600, parts and labor included. Huge relief, and thousands of dollars saved! Matt was polite, punctual, and great at communicating every step of the way. We now have a brand new liner, no leaks, and are back to swimming with zero issues.
