She was nice and left me with the impression that she and other employees would go out of their way to help me with each step and phase of my restoration project. He got me in and out in under an hour and his price was reasonable (I'd called around). The customer service was bar none. They even let me know that if I have too many keys on my keychain, it could cause engine problems and possibly a fire. I'm glad I can avoid that in the future. He gave me his assessment of the existing struts/shocks and then his recommendations on work to be done. The work was done exactly as he described, though I was a little surprised at the price - $1800 for new struts/shocks, an alignment and tire rotation/balance, $700 of which was for parts, the rest for labor. Since I rarely take my truck to the shop, maybe I'm just out of touch on how much shop labor costs these days. Despite some sticker shock, I have no complaints: Keith was a pleasure to do business with. (One note: Keith charges a 4% service fee for credit cards, so if you want to avoid being surprised by a hefty service charge bring cash or check. He does not advertise this fee aside from a sign on the wall, and did not mention it until I noticed it on the invoice. So be ready for that.)
