I'd gone to another mechanic who had installed 2 front brake lines and didn't get all the air out of the lines. Danny fit me in even though he was swamped. He got me in and out in under an hour and his price was reasonable (I'd called around). The customer service was bar none. They even let me know that if I have too many keys on my keychain, it could cause engine problems and possibly a fire. I'm glad I can avoid that in the future. Action Alignment has an incredibly charming and adorable shop kitty who honored me with lots of attention and even let me pet her a whole bunch. Before they even took it to the shop for repairs, Mike listened to it run and asked a me few questions and said let's take off the seat. Within 2 minutes he found the issue to be broken wires in a wire harness! They made all the repairs, full maintenance plus I had them replace all 4 axles. It runs like a champ now. While I was there, I started looking at new ATV's because my old 2001 had died (so I thought) the day before. I kicked a few tires and asked the saleswomen(both of them) tons of questions and they had the answers to everything....technical, specs, performance, cost, etc... So, I went ahead a bought one. When I went in to take delivery of the ATV, they had it on the showroom floor detailing it immaculately. They then proceeded to give me a detailed informative run down of the ATV. This business has been a nightmare to deal with! The owner of the business died from Covid a couple…read moreyears ago, and it's Jackie, the wife of the deceased, Angie, the daughter, and Sammie, the son in law running the business. They rarely ever answer their business phone, and all communication is done via email by the daughter who does it from home. The daughter claims that they had several techs when I first made my $9,100 deposit on April 12, 2024, and now they only have the son in law, who was rarely ever there doing any work. They made the mistake of getting greedy and overbooked themselves, and, unlike the founder of Gilson's Auto Body, they have no idea how to run a business. Every time I contacted the daughter by email, I was simply strung along with excuses and lies. I told them they should have refunded my money when they realized they were overbooked instead of keeping my vehicle indefinitely without it getting repaired or giving me a completion date. But Angela, the daughter, tried to gaslight me by telling me I was the only customer that wasn't patient and compassionate, despite the many negative reviews they've gotten over the past 2 years. But, after over 6 weeks of waiting for them to even start working on my truck, I finally had enough and on Friday July 5th I filed a complaint with the New Mexico Justice Department Consumer Complaint Division. The following Monday, they sent out a group email to all of their customers that they are closing their business for good and will be locking their gates and appts must be made to pick up vehicles. But I had to threaten that I'd bring a police escort if they didn't allow me to pick up my truck and they finally let me pick it up on July 11, 7 weeks after I originally dropped it off! In the email notice, they also stated that they plan to refund deposits to all their customers, but it could take up to 90 days because they first have to sell their building and business to be able to get the money to pay customers their money back! They also threatened to file bankruptcy if anyone tried to force them to give them their money back before 90 days! This business is not only dishonest, but they are fraudulent. They take your money and make promises they can't keep! Then they spend your money and aren't able to pay you back when they fail to complete the services that they promised to do. If they don't return my $9,100 deposit within the next 30 days, I will be taking them to court and filing a lien against their property and business!

Adding a few words to respond to Bryan's comments. I'll start with; Perhaps we can agree to…read moredisagree. I suspect Bryan will agree that we were not the right customer for On Site. We're 70s(ish) retired Federal Government employees (I'm also a veteran) traveling America in a half million dollar class-A motorhome that suffered an engine failure Saturday afternoon. Still not sure why Bryan said that we looked "shady," especially since we never met him, but in any case we're pretty darn sure others like us who might suffer a Cummins engine issue in Albuquerque will rather go directly to Cummins (where they do indeed have dedicated RV sites within their fenced lot) to have their problem resolve. 1). We contacted On Site (Carlos answered the phone) Saturday afternoon, not Sunday as Bryan's asserted. 2) We paid over $3K to have our coach towed to On Site based on assurances that Carlos gave that On Site would work to resolve our Cummins engine issue "within 12 to 24 hours." The only thing their technician said he would do that Sunday was reinstall the driveshaft (removed by AAA for towing) so our coach could be driven onto On Site's yard where we had no access. On Site does even have a customer waiting area. 3) After seeing On Site's operation it didn't take us long to determine that we certainly were NOT their usual customer (the guy sleeping in his car on the lot was a good tip off)l so we found another towing company and got moved directly to Cummins. On Site's towing company failed to get us out after trying for an hour, so we called another. 4) Cummins has since determined that our engine problem is not/not what On Site's technician said it was and they are now fixing the problem under warranty. So, IF you are anything like us, you might want to look at other options. On Site certainly wasn't what we expected or had hoped, and apparently folks like us aren't the kind of customer On Site wants because we look "shady" to them. GOOD LUCK!! I hate to complain but that's mostly because I hate having such egregious stuff to complain about. Long story short, their website looks great and engenders confidence but when you arrIve you immediately suspect that it was a huge mistake. After a full day of broken promises, no repair work being done, being told that I will have to prepay for parts from their vendor in order for them to use, AND frequent suggestions to abandon our expensive class-a motorhome in their yard with a firm policy of no customers allowed in the yard we paid another expensive tow to be brought to a reputable establishment. We feel fortunate that we escaped them without incurring even more crazy charges (for example; they insisted on cash payment to read the engine error code, which I had already given them). Maybe they do good stuff for other customers, but we sure didn't see any good service.

I gotta tell you, this place is spectacular for service. I took my van in to fix a big ol dent in…read morethe back gate caused by the spare tire of someone who backed into me. They fixed it up right nice, even correcting the barely noticeable scratches on the bumper. My husband called them out for an "orange peel" texture, which they immediately offered to sand and repaint, but after comparing it to the factory paint on the top portion, husband eased up, satisfied that the work was appropriate. To boot, I noted some scratches on the hood, saying "I'm a little concerned about these cuz I honestly don't remember them being there." Without hesitation John offered to fix it for me free of charge. He said they could check the pictures to be sure (which they take from all angles for just this sort of circumstance I suppose). When he did, we noticed what looked very much like those scratches (tho it might've been a reflection). He didn't try to get or talk me out of it or anything, Just pointed it out to me and said he still wanted to fix it for me and to just bring it back after my road trip (I had a planned trip for the next day). Granted, the 4-5 day estimate turned into 9-10 days due to delays with delivery or some such. Perhaps that's why they were so generous with their time and resources in the end. And it was the insurance company paying for the repairs, so maybe that's why they were so meticulous in the work (to maintain their good standing and referral status with USAA). But either way, I'm supremely happy with the service and work done. It's four-not-five stars only because the real-time was twice what was estimated, which if I had to pay for my own rental would've bothered me tremendously. If you're not constrained by such a thing, I can feel perfectly confident in giving them a gleaming recommendation.

As everyone else states they repaired an auto theft damage to control arm mount. And then repaired…read moreball joints and control arm bushings. Then there was still a clunking on hard turns but nothing was damaged just stabilizer bar needed greasing and they found problem and corrected for free. Very honest and good work.
