On March 26 I went to Northside in person to make an appointment to have my car serviced. I gave them a list of what needed to be done which was only standard recommended routine maintenance. I was told to bring my car in by 7:30 AM March 28th and to plan on two to two and a half hours to perform the work. Got my car there at 7:30. At 12:00 I had not received any information on the status of the service being done. I gave them a call and all I got was a recording. Left a message and waited till 1:00 for return call. I called again and got no answer, left another message. At 2:30 a friend took me up to check on what was going on. I went into the office and the guy I had been dealing with (wish I had gotten his name), was sitting there eating his lunch. He told me that he had gotten my messages and was going to get back to me when he was through eating. Apologized for my car not being taken care of yet but they were ready to get in shortly. At 3:10 we drove by again and my car was still sitting outside. Went in and got another apology and said they are going get in now. Told him not to bother as I was taking my car.
