They were gracious and efficient and even suggested a way we could solve a problem with a drawer really close to the refrigerator. We were contacted by their insurance company about opening a claim for repair and that has gone nowhere. We sent them an a quote from a flooring company almost 3 weeks ago and haven't heard anything back, we've sent numerous follow emails and we're just being ignored. Just know that if anything does go wrong, they use Broadspire for insurance claims and you will likely never get your money back or get the damage fixed.
