He didn't waste our time with slick presentations or PowerPoints. He gave us detailed yet plain spoken plans and quotes, at a fair price in comparison to other quotes. His employees showed up on time, were clean, friendly, answered all our questions and just made it easy. Overall, a great and easy experience.

In this regard, Jesus came out to look at our AC system yesterday, which has been working only intermittently. Following a very thorough diagnostic assessment of the overall unit, Jesus suggested that we hold off installing any new parts at this time, as the system is somewhat old and doesn't provide any specifics concerning what needs to be replaced. Indeed, I appreciated Jesus's honest and straightforward assessment, as opposed to relying on guesswork to resolve the problem. At this point, I expect that we will likely be replacing our aging unit sometime this year....and, without a doubt, Manny's will be the company I call to do the job. Along with providing prompt and excellent service, the three technicians I've met from his company have all been very professional, courteous, and personable. Thus, for anyone in need of AC service, Manny's should definitely be the first business to call.

Hector was the first to send me a flat-rate quote; he was straightforward and told me explicitly that his service included a vacuum and a pressure test. In contrast, the other companies kept asking me questions--and, without even being on-site yet--were already telling me that my system required additional services. I reached back out to Hector, and we closed the deal. On the day of the job, he arrived right on time with his team. He quickly entered my property, verified that all connections were secure, went up into the attic to ensure everything was in order, and even took the time to insulate some exposed pipes--all at no extra cost. In less than 40 minutes, my system was running perfectly, and I was left with a smile. I highly recommend this company; I feel they are honest, and their service is excellent.

I scheduled removal of super old AC unit in our condo complex and installed it the following weekend. Thank you Hector and my bad on long over due review.

We were referred to Garcia Systems by a friend and it ended up being a blessing. Jose and his team installed a new heat pump system in our home for far less than we were quoted by the local company. They did a great job during the install and even reran some ductwork that was not done properly. Jose communicates well, does not try to upsell you but most importantly he does quality work. I highly recommend him for all of your HVAC needs.

Jose is incredibly responsive--always quick to return calls and able to schedule appointments in a timely manner, which makes a huge difference when you need help fast. The quality of their work is outstanding; everything is done thoroughly, professionally, and with attention to detail. What really sets them apart is the trust they've built with our entire family. Multiple members of our family have used his services over time, and every experience has been consistently positive. It's rare to find a company that delivers both excellent workmanship and reliable customer service every single time. We're so grateful to have found them and will continue to use and recommend them without hesitation.

They were knowledgeable, professional, consultative (willing to ask and answer questions to make certain that we were happy with the installation plan) - they did what they said they would, when they said they would, for the price that they said they would. They worked with our city to get the permits and approvals - not always an easy task. And they coordinated with the electrician to get the work completed in an orderly fashion. However, during the last year I've had two instances where the furnace stopped working and I had to wait 2-weeks to get a tech to the house. I cancelled the last appointment because who wants to suffer for 2-weeks just to get service. I called another company and they came to the house the next day and it was fixed. So I think Lambert is probably good for new installations but if you want service, I would go elsewhere unless you're OK waiting a long time. And to be honest, when I need my next furnace (unfortunately probably in the next few years) I won't be using Lambert because I know they won't be able to service any problems in a timely manner. The employees are very nice, as is Alan. Prices are reasonable.

TLDR: my experience with this company has been an absolute nightmare and I would give negative…read morestars if I could. Kevin took $4500 from us, didnt buy any material for the project and didnt do any work. He promised us a refund on text, and then stopped responding and never gave back our money. The most unprofessional and dishonest person I've ever met. On August 25, 2025, my partner and I paid Kevin Lee from let's chill HVAC a 60% deposit for HVAC installation. The invoice did NOT state that deposits were nonrefundable. We paid five days in advance of the agreed start date because he said he needed money to pick up the equipment. By that date, after following up to confirm, he finally responded -- hours later -- that he hadn't picked up any equipment all week and now the warehouse is close for Labor Day weekend. Instead, he tried to upsell us on a different unit than what we originally agreed on, then admitted he didn't have a truck to transport equipment and couldn't perform the job on time regardless. At that point, we asked for a refund to hire a more reliable company. Mind you, we've been without AC for an entire week during the hottest months of august. During this time, he ignored multiple calls and texts from us, but I confirmed through my own Yelp account that he continued responding to new customer inquiries. This shows he was selectively avoiding communication with us. Finally, after 12+ hours, he said he would return only $3,500 of the $4,500 deposit and said that the law allows him to wait 30 days. That deadline has passed, and I have not received the refund despite his written promise. No material was ordered and no work was done and he wants to keep thousands of dollars from us. After talking to other contractors and researching online, under California law (Bus. & Prof. Code §7159.5), contractors are prohibited from requesting or accepting more than 10% of the contract price or $1,000 (whichever is less) as a down payment. So technically, our down payment should've been $750. In this case, the 60% deposit was well above the legal limit so I will report this accordingly. This experience was frustrating and Costly. HVAC is a saturated field so please speak to multiple people and go with someone that's trustworthy. Also, you should always verify a contractor's license status with the California Contractors State License Board (CSLB) before paying any money because it's illegal to do HVAC work in California without a license.

My "attitude" results from being told I have a two year warranty, that he'd come back to look at the system and then stopped answering my messages. It's that simple.
