I purchased a Speed Queen washer and a Bosch dishwasher from South County store in July. Have been happy all the way around. Salesmen here are much more knowledgeable and accessible then you'll find at the big box stores. The Installation guys on both appliances were great. Let's face it: these are the guys coming in to your home who can make or break the overall lasting impression of the business. I wish I could remember the name of the gentleman who installed my Speed Queen but he was courteous, professional and experienced. It wasn't easy because my main water shutoff valve is hard to get to. He was cool about it. Great guy. James (of Adept Installations) put in my dishwasher. It wasn't an easy job either because my cabinet depth was shallow due to the kickboard on the other side of the kitchen island. He could have easily just installed it with too much of the front of the machine sticking out (like the guy who installed my previous dishwasher did). But James took the extra time to get it right. When your refrigerator goes out at noon on NYE and company is coming in three days, just a bit of panic sets in. We visited Appliance Discounters an hour before they were closing on NYE. With the holiday and weekend approaching, we knew there would be limited stock. Jamie was patient, kind and was able to offer great guidance on the various products. When we settled on our decision, Jim was able to search the warehouse and with a bit of grace, found one in stock. The next challenge is delivery. Despite the fact we were approaching closing time, Jim took great care to find a time for a delivery on Saturday. If this fabulous customer service wasn't enough, Sean contacted us early on Thursday to say there was a cancellation and they could fit us in the next morning. My wife and I just bout a Bosch 800 series dishwasher from Armando at Appliance Discounters and we couldn't be happier. I am one to do my research before making a major purchase, and Armando and Craig were very patient each time I called and asked a question. I had already purchased a stove, refrigerator, washer, and dryer from them, so when the dishwasher went out, it was the logical place to go. The store sales people were knowledgeable, helpful, and professional. That was expected. The delivery went smoothly and quickly. The new dishwasher was installed with no problems at all. When the install was finished, you couldn't tell anyone had ever been there. Everything was cleaned up and put back where it came from. And not a single scratch on the hardwood floor. I have never had such considerate men before. I have a wooden kitchen floor and they were so careful not to scratch it. They had to make the opening bigger for the oven and they cleaned as the went.
