They didn't remove the floor mats and even the spots they did vacuum still had debris. Not sure how you mess up vacuuming... dirty cloths were used on the interior. I had to go back over everything, particularly the windows and windshield. On the exterior, they didn't dry the tires prior to putting on tire shine, then put way too much shine on which then flung onto the sides of the truck when I drove away. 2 stars instead of just 1 because of the free vacuums outside, so I was able to go back over the interior myself after paying $36 for my sub bar wash. Also, the lady at the desk was nice - so there's that.

I show up to only be greeted rudely and told that I am a liar and that they were not responsible for what had happened before they even looked at my vehicle or understood what happened. To top it off they had already cancelled my account before I even showed up. What had happened was their touch car wash side had left scratches all over my truck that morning. The sides, hood, mirrors, tailgate, roof, and new chrome trim I had just placed on my vehicle that weekend. When I tried to show them that the new chrome had even been scratched, I was told they don't cover after market damage anyway, and to leave without understanding that the scratched chrome proved consistancy. They refused to do an incident report or give any insurance info. So I just contacted my insurance and I am going to let them handle it. (My insurance stated they will go after damages on my behalf due to photo proof and receipts of new equipment installation) A police report has also been filed per my insurance company's request, and was instructed this was not a new occurance for this business. Today I went back hoping they improved. Absolutely not. I wish I could upload photos because there is so much dirt, hair, and crumbs left on my dash, floor, and center consol. It's no wonder you can't leave a review on Google for this place anymore because all of them would be bad. My advice to you is pay the $10 at Kwik Trip because you will pay for the same amount of service for a third of the price.

This company misrepresented services which were to be provided. Specifically an undercarriage wash was supposed to be a part of the Big Wave service. Immediately after getting my first car wash at this business, I checked the undercarriage of my vehicle and it wasn't clean nor was it even wet. My main purpose for purchasing a package was for washing the undercarriage of salt which will be coming in the future Wisconsin months. I paid for a whole year right from the get go and am 100% dissatisfied in how they misrepresented themselves. I will pay for a single wash (at $10) but am requesting the rest in refund ($179.89). I tried performing a request for refund through their website however it would not let me register. I would like to be contacted via email and credited for what I paid (minus a single wash).
