Over 800 employees strong nestled in an entire city block. I have five main lights that need to get plowed when we have snow events. I have been using Earth development for two years now and I can honestly tell you they have not been on time once. I have to have my security team calling between five and 10 times per event just to get answers. They promised a big game when I signed a contract two years ago and have not lived up to it at all. They subcontract their teams and have already gone through three different teams on my site alone. The job they do is also very inadequate. This morning parking lots were done and there is still snow everywhere not to mention parking spots that were not plowed out. They are supposed to salt and there is no sign of any salt also. This specific snow event started yesterday early and finished by 10:30 PM. My employee start at 4 o'clock in the morning therefore they had plenty of time to clean up before my employee showed up, which is what is important to us. Unfortunately, even though we started calling at 10 no one showed up until early this morning and as I said, did a very poor job. I'm actually surprised they showed up because this is one of the first times They have showed up albeit late.
