They came to my home and saw everything that needed to be done. I had just had some drains put in, including a french drain. They actually covered up the drain so water couldn't go on. Weed barrier was not secured down and because of that, the weeds grew up and pushed the weed barrier back. They didn't put enough mulch on it, so it is now showing big bare areas of white (weed barrier). They didn't replace the old edging, and the old edging started coming up the next day in places it wasn't loose before. They were supposed to remove the river rock that had been there for years and replace it. They just covered it with the weed barrier. After ignoring me for months, and after the winter, when I discovered so many things that were not done right, the owner finally came over and all he did was make excuses and told me if I wanted anything fixed it would cost me another 8 to 10,000. They didn't deliver on some of the plants they promised, but at this point, I don't care. The weed barrier was not trimmed at all and there are places where it is goes across the ground, then up the wall. I was very clear about my goals and I would have gone without them removing, replacing or adding any plants, but that seemed to be all they cared about. Then, when they put in the plants, they cut some round holes in the barrier, and some jagged weird shapes. One whole side of my house was never touched. My goals were to clean up the weeds that had gotten out of control and I couldn't keep up with and to find a way to stop the weeds from getting ahead of me again. I even asked, should we use river rocks again, even though I wasn't fond of them, and they assured me the mulch would be fine and it wouldn't cause problems. I put a review on Google and the reply didn't have a single fact in it. I was shocked at how rude the owner was and how dishonest. At this point, I am going to eat the loss because I refuse to let any of them come back to my home again.

In my opinion, they were upset because last year's work was sub-par and we called 'em out on it. Very disappointing.
