Our server Kayla was very attentive and friendly. First time in a long time that I didn't have to be asking for refills, or anything because she was right there asking if we needed anything and automatically bringing us everything. The food was cooked perfectly. Wings were perfectly cooked and had a good amount of sauce. Fries were cooked to perfection and so was the burger. I recommend this location over the others. I have been there before and ordered the molten cheeseburger, it was GREAT this time I ordered molten cheeseburger it was served with un-melted cheese. plate that is supposed to be hot it was COLD. Manager said they would comp. the meal but check came at full price. and of course everyone disappeared. read more

I purchased the berry salad with salmon instead of chicken. The salmon was great, but the salad was looking a little old. It seems like there was head lettuce. Also mixed in with it not really impressed with places that serve head lettuce. We also purchased the artichoke spinach dip it wasn't as thick and creamy as I've had other places, it really wasn't that great. Someone else in the party ordered the Caesar salad with a side of chicken again the chicken was decent, but the salad was looking old. Their boneless chicken wings are breaded and very subpar. They have them as their special for $.50 after 9 PM, but they're not worth it at all. I asked if they had the bone in chicken wings with no breading and they don't everything is breaded. The service was great and the atmosphere was nice, but the food was quite subpar. One bonus is that they're open late. read more

Staff was very kind and helpful. My brother was a little eh about the table not being wiped dry before we sat down but it really wasn't a big deal in my opinion. The food was great, I did ask about my dairy allergy, to which I was directed to the allergen list online, but it would have been nice to hear about the other menu items and if certain parts could be removed or subbed.. nonetheless the Tex-mex shrimp bowl was really good so ‍. My brother absolutely destroyed his ribs so I assume that means it was delicious, and my other brother likes the four cheese Mac and cheese with the honey pepper chicken tenders but he said it was very sweet and was more chicken and waffles vibes. Which isn't a bad thing necessarily. When I could have dairy I certainly remember wishing the Mac and cheese sauce was thicker and a stronger cheese taste.... But service was great and we left full and happy. Staff was attentive to us and for an Applebees experience it was a great time! read more

Broccoli was delicious. Pretzels were ok. Kid's chicken alredo noodles were good but there were only 6 or 7 tiny slivers of processed chicken that looked like rib meat or something, not the diced fresh grilled chicken breast shown on the web. Excellent service and great dinning area with TVs. We all wanted to go light and the potato soap was a good choice. The taco chips were a good appetizer, although the ground beef looked/tasted a bit over cooked. read more

After waiting 12 minutes I called from a different phone number I picked up the phone and I said I wanted to place an order to be picked up. The person said just a moment I'll take your order. Haven't been to an Applebee's in a long time but stopped in for dinner tonight. The restaurant was spotless, we were seated quickly even though they were busy, our server Tyler was absolutely amazing. The food was delicious and much more than we expected. I'm no Karen but waiting over 35 minutes to not even get asked what I want to drink is absurd. No server came by to even tell us they would be over in a minute. On top of that, a table of 6 guys came in 15 minutes after us, sat right next to us, and got served first. Applebees do better! read more

We're Stow residents who eat at this restaurant on a regular basis. The last two carry out orders have been horrific. Three orders of cold, limpy fries, cold burgers and a very very cold, odd shaped kids pizza. They should be ashamed of themselves. read more

We placed an online order for curbside pickup. We did what we were supposed to and they did what they were supposed to. We arrived, parked in the designated curb side pick up spot and they brought the food out, its not rocket science. Pretty hard to screw that sh!t up. read more

I've been to three Applebee's, all of which are 40 minute drive from where I live and this is definitely one of my favorite Applebee's locations. The servers are very friendly and attentive, the food is delicious, orders are accurate and the coffee is fresh. My only complaint is how wide open the windows are, which can be a bit annoying during late afternoon in the summer. It would be nice is there were dimming blinds but overall this is a great restaurant and the only mid-price casual restaurant in this area of town. read more

I went there two times lately, and I didn't like it. First, they removed the Rip Eye steak from their menu. The menu became smaller and has less options! Their new steak is not tasty at all. I ordered it "medium well" and it was not juicy at all. I definitely would go to Texas Roadhouse instead. read more

The chicken and shrimp had just the right amount of heat and the shrimp appetizer was perfect size for sharing . I'm not sure if it's management or awful employees. The first time I came here the waitress was so rude to me and my friend (I've been a waitress before it's very eaSy to be kind), the second time me and my boyfriend got seated and we're sitting there for 10 minutes without even eye contact from our server or one of the other 4 servers who were just standing around watching each other sweep. Even the table computer thing was not working. When I come into a restaurant in my work clothes, and 9pm on a Friday, it's because it's been a hell of a day & I haven't eaten since lunch. Husband and I had dinner for my birthday on 11/28. We both enjoyed a perfectly cooked steak dinner. Our server, Ahmad, (?) was very personable and efficient. My wife and I came here on Veteran's day because I'm a Veteran and they offered a free meal to Veterans. We've been here several times along with the one on Hudson Drive in Stow, and the one on Howe Road in Akron. Each time the food is good, and the wait staff is helpful and interested in making your meal a pleasant one. We prefer this Applebees over the other ones due to cleanliness and wait staff. Yes Applebee food is the same from place to place, but with today's prices for a decent meal, Applebees gives a good meal for a decent price. Will we return? DEFINATELY! read more

On 8/8/18, we drove 8 hours from Wisconsin, and when we entered we were immediately told that they were closing in 15 minutes. The waitress was very rude, and rushed us through the whole eating process - It was not a DINING EXPERIENCE! My brother was paying the bill, and was very considerate of the behavior. If my wife and I were paying, we would not have been. We were customers like anyone else, and if you are closing soon, you should adjust your staff schedule to serve your customers in a polite manner, and perhaps train your staff to understand what their job duties involve. We have never been treated like this at other Applebee's, and rarely at any other restaurant. On a positive note, the food was fine. read more

Great food flavor and kid friendly menu. My meal came out on the cooler side and had to be sent back, they microwaved it to heat it up. Server charged our card the wrong amount for the bill and had to fix it so we were delayed in leaving, overall good service, just not happy with the cool pasta. read more
