Had a fam birthday dinner at the Stow location and it was a great choice! Service was excellent, orders were correct, everyone enjoyed their meals. Lots of birthday gatherings were taking place during our visit so it def seems a popular destination for birthday dinners! The manager checked on us, drinks were refilled when needed. This used to be my favorite restaurants, for starters we order the Texas onion, it was undercooked and falling apart full of grease at the bottom. my steak was tough and undercooked; it was too thick normally their steaks are thin. the best thing about the meal was the baked potato and the salad, normally when a restaurant starts going downhill, I will stay away for a while and try again after waiting a few months. I don't give a lot of five star ratings, but I've never had a bad meal at Texas Roadhouse. On this occasion, we waited 10 minutes for a table. The restaurant was very busy with lots of patrons entering and exiting. Upon being seated, our drink requests were taken and we declined appetizers since delicious, warm bread is served with every meal. I love the bread and the butter sauce it is served with. For dinner, I requested smothered chicken with no cheese. My wife requested ribs and my son got a steak. A little while later, our food arrived and it was hot and tasty, as always. I gave five stars on this review because TR is so consistently good. We were seated in an aisle where everyone has to walk through. And it was the spot where every waitress asks every patron, "Have you dined with us before?" We know this because we heard it 30 times while we were eating. It was funny. Texas Roadhouse was a very welcome surprise. We had never tried it before. We went on a very busy Friday night and did not have a reservation. The line of people waiting for a table was kind of daunting but it didn't seem too long before we were seated. Hubs and I each had sirloin steaks and they were great. Sides were too. I had a Caesar salad and hubs some Cole slaw. Baked potatoes. Service was excellent. Kind of noisy but lots of families with small kids so to be expected and we like kids. One of our most visit places every time we go out for a trip. The ambient, service are excellent and always leaves us with a good impression. The food and service at this location are always excellent!! It's always busy there, but we rarely have to wait for a table. I usually do call ahead seating and a table is generally available for us when we arrive. The only downside is the noise. But that's to be expected at all of the Texas Roadhouse restaurants. Haven't been to Texas roadhouse in a long time went to the one and Canton and was pleasantly surprised with seated quickly and this was on Easter Sunday. My steak was cooked as I liked it. I didn't have to send it back, which was so nice. The girl that served us was such a sweetheart And treated us right that's all you can ask for when you come into a place. I really appreciate both things. The only one thing that happened was they forgot croutons on my salad big deal. I had them bring me some and I put them on there. They were busy. I'm not gonna cry over croutons so that definitely won't limit them getting five stars it was five star service, super friendly, and especially on a holiday when they were super busy being able to get seated right away also was a big bonus especially when you're super hungry thank you for being so kind and friendly and thank you for cooking my steak right it's always nice to go in and have a nice experience and be able to enjoy yourself read more

Atmosphere: there was a big line at the hostess but we were still seated immediately which was nice. Our waitress brought us some rolls, extra butter and waters and let us figure out what we wanted to drink. I got a classic Margarita and my fiancé got flavored margarita. Our waitress was so very very nice. She made the experience even more enjoyable. Food: we both got a filet, I got a baked potato and a Caesar salad then my fiancé got a baked sweet potato and the house salad. Both of our steaks were cooked to a PERFECT medium rare. Amazing. I've come here a million times, and have eaten excellent steaks! I got off a long shift, working 6 days in a row and all I wanted was a steak. A flavorful juicy steak. The best place I could think of was Texas Roadhouse. They've NEVER disappointed me. Tonight I came in and I got a steak... and it tasted like wet cardboard. I apologized profusely about having to bother the kitchen but I couldn't justify paying for an expensive AWFUL steak. The waitress just seemed annoyed, or irritated she had to speak with me. The steak was not AT all seasoned and the 2nd steak that came out to replace the first one was even worse. It was cold, and tasted like water that had sat out and collected lint for a few days. I had my fiancé try the second steak and he spit it up and had to run to the bathroom. Manager didn't seem to care and said "it's fine. I'll take it off." The waitress didn't wait on us anymore after the first complaint. We couldn't find her multiple times throughout our meal to get straws or silverware. They ran out of bread. I didn't complain about these things and just thanked her as I work in the industry, I know it's hard, but it seemed like they didn't want to be there and that they greatly disliked their job, and unfortunately, disliked me for reasons unknown. I'm sure these ladies are lovely and it was probably just an off day, but I felt like I was a burden and that they just wanted me to be quiet. Poor bedside manner? I felt a bit disheartened. For eating IN the restaurant, We did call ahead seating because there was a game playing. We did still have to wait about 15 minutes past our requested time but that was fine. Great service and friendly employees. Food is ALWAYS good. My only 'suggestion' is that order your steak a level up than what you normally would. They do undercook the beef.
