We have been to this location three times over the past few months and have not been disappointed in any thing we gave ordered and everyone we've come in contact with has always been very friendly (ask for Niko he's the best) and he not related to us in any way. I understand not every meal at every restaurant is always going to be perfect but this meal...I literally cut the steak with a fork.

This is dirty silverware that was at my table whenever I went to use them to eat yuck!!!!

He did a great job until we realized after we got home we got charged for a drink we didn't get. So check your receipt. We ordered the macaroni and cheese balls and fried pickles for starters. Both crispy and delicious. The macaroni and cheese balls had a kick to them. I ordered the NY strip steak with onion rings and a loaded baked potato. Cooked as requested. Perfect amount of seasoning. I also got the grilled mushrooms and onions with it. Perfect accompaniment. It also came with a piece of cornbread that had just the perfect hint of sweetness to it. The place really started to get busy as the live band was setting up. We got our bill walked around to check out the rest of the place. There's a large game room with several different games and activities to do. Large bar with a beer wall behind it. Plenty of seating and a huge patio area that looks like it would be great for an event space. We would for sure eat here again.

I'll commend them on the meatball sub. They avoided the critical mistake of putting too much bread into the equation and losing the flavor. Career first where I couldn't keep up with drink refills. They had a new lemonade on the table after a couple sips each time.

They use this location to butcher the meat, and then sell it through the restaurant. To buy cuts of beef to go, you need to go to their Akron store (which I will go out of my way to find soon). Big display case where they have sides of beef hanging, coolest thing I've ever seen! Well almost....the coolest thing I've ever seen is the wall of bourbon behind the bar. I like bourbon, and I've NEVER seen a collection this vast. Good thing I live on the other side of town, or I would go broke coming into this place daily! Learned they make road trips to KY for taste tests. Most recently, they went to Buffalo Trace and sampled several different barrels of Blanton's Gold. Found one they liked and had the whole barrel bottled up for their exclusive sale. At $11/ounce, that's a great deal! They also have a nice retail selection of wines, priced at reasonable prices. There is a day each week when they sell them to the restaurant patrons at retail price which is a bargain considering most places mark them up 2-3x. For lunch I had a blackened chicken salad of some sort. The chicken was a nice amount and was simply delicious! Need to come back again when I'm not cutting calories for the beef!

It seems like the food was probably good, but the surrounding circumstances ruined it for us. The waiter thanked us for our patience but that was it. The table next to us experienced a similar delay--they were offered free drinks and/or desserts. This may have been the slowest service that I have ever experienced. I am assuming the fact that they were crowded caused the problems, but they accepted our reservation and with that there is an expectation of quality service.

We were seated immediately and greeted by our server. The service overall was very slow, it did take a while for water to come out, and then for our drinks to come. It seemed like somewhat of a busy night, but the service was still extremely slow. For drinks, we ordered the strawberry lemon drop, and the champagne sangria. We were told the strawberry lemon drop was sweet and that's why I ordered it. It was the exact opposite. So bitter that I had to ask to switch it because that's how bitter it was. The champagne sangria was just okay. For appetizers, we ordered the buffalo chicken spring rolls. These were OVERLY fried. It felt like I was eating fried dough with some bits of chicken. Flavor was okay, but I definitely wouldn't order these again. We also ordered a Cesar salad, and a greens salad. These were both very delicious. The Cesar salad was very good and you can request it with our without the anchovies on top. We ordered a lobster bisque soup as well which was good. For dinner, we ordered the Twin Filet Medallions. I ordered mine medium. The issue with this was that one of the filets was cooked medium, and one was cooked medium rare. The one that was cooked medium was absolutely delicious, the one that was medium rare was not as good. I was disappointed with this because I only enjoyed 1 out 2 of the filet. This dish came with a side of mashed potatoes and string beans. The plate itself was HOT, however the temperature of the mashed potatoes was warm on the outside, and then the inside was cold. For desserts, we ordered the crème brûlée, the chocolate cake, and the cheesecake. The crème brûlée was by far the best dessert. The top was nice and crispy and the flavor was delicious. The chocolate cake was huge, and also really good. The cheesecake I would not recommend because if it wasn't for the peach compote on top, it would have no flavor. It was very very bland. Overall, I would return to this restaurant and probably try different menu options. The service and consistency of the food lacked, but I would love to give it another try.

Thirdly, we waited a way too long for this food. I complained that night about my slow service, cold brisket, and green chunks of something in my macaroni. The hostess' response was, "we don't have a manager." A woman did show up, I calmly and politely introduced myself but she did not give me her name. I told her what was happening and she had a *deer in the headlights look the whole time.* She offered to replace my meal. I said "no, I ate it, but maybe you could do something for me." 20 minutes later she comped me half the price of my meal since I did eat it. But then my wife got sick all the next day, a horrible case of upset stomach. She had the ribs, succotash, and potatoes. So I filled out their website feedback form twice but they blew me off for almost 3 weeks. That's why I'm putting this out here on Yelp now.

I finally came here with some friends for the first time. We made reservations on a Monday because it's half price wine. Which is a pretty good deal. They have a nice wine list. I looked over the menu here on Yelp first so I kinda knew the options. Pasta is one of the most economical options. I do know they make their own. Which means cost is probably higher. But over $20 a plate for pasta is kinda crazy to me. All prices are over $20 a plate. Including pizza's. So this is not a casual dinner night in my mind. It is a 1x or 2x a year place. Because you know your bill is going to be high. We got the cheese sticks. They were good. Again looked homemade. The sticks were good. I got the eggplant, and someone got the cavatelli and meatballs, pasta pomodoro with meatballs and another eggplant. The eggplant comes With pasta side. Salad is extra. We did not get. They were pretty crowded for a Monday and it took a bit for our food. But we weren't in a huge hurry. So that is fine. It came out hot and was pretty good. Lots of cheese. Sauce is kinda bland if I am being honest. Very tomato forward with not a lot of other flavor except garlic. Oh this place loves garlic. The bread and the dipping sauce at the table are loaded with it. I am not a big garlic person so I did not touch it. But if you think Italian food should have a ton of garlic then this is for you. Work on your other flavor profiles as well in your sauce not just garlic. Server was very friendly and attentive. She worked hard to make sure we were happy. The place is small but fits people well. Decorated for Christmas nicely. Overall I guess it was just OK. Nothing blew me away. It was good. Not great. For the price I want great. Money is tight and a fancy Italian dinner at $70+ bucks a couple should be great. Maybe I am antiquated in my thoughts but that's a lot of money for pasta so it should be great. Probably not a repeat for me. Again. I know this is popular with rave reviews. For me just ok. I can spend $70+ bucks and get an outstanding meal worth that price. Just OK.

We watched her sing happy birthday and enjoy the birthday party, we played 2 hours of trivia, we watched the woman server get down and boogie, but we are not getting table service when every table is. It's so strange because usually the service is top notch. It's a bummer because none of us had dinner and now we have to go somewhere else. :( I read the past reviews and apparently if they don't recognize you here, they won't serve you at the tables. That explains why the woman wouldn't bring us menus and completely ignored us. She doesn't know who we are because we usually have a younger, male server. Btw 2 more months for the pizza oven.
