Vallen was the best server and he was allways there when we needed him his was nice and funny and just very nice

Horrible food and worse service. This place is absolutely disgusting will never eat here again

Food was good. Service sucked. Went 12/9 at around 930pm. Had to wave our server down every time we needed something. She was too busy talking to a guy then her tables. Food 4/5 service 1/5 read more

Food (although manufactured) wasn't terrible, but I'd make two significant changes if I were the manager here. First, the outside security lights (40% work + 60% do not work = disaster waiting to happen) in the parking lot invites smash and grab criminals to destroy vehicles. If it hasn't happened yet, it probably will. Fix it. Secondly, change the Pepsi products to Coke products. Coke is the gold standard of American soda products. There is no silver standard. Pepsi is the bronze standard loved by only 28% of all Americans. read more

If I could give this place no stars I would. If you have all night and have to ask multiple times for everything this is the perfect spot for you. Service is shit. Food took over 45 minutes to come out after saying the kitchen wasn't busy... keep in mind this place was empty. Don't come here read more

We walked in and the hostess was unhappy about working. There was barely anyone in there. The offered a high table and we asked for a regular booth since I had my 79 4'11 mother with us. The waitress went to clean the table with a dry napkin and gave the thumbs up for the hostess to seat us. When we walked to the table it was still filthy with drink ring spots and trash under the table. I pointed it out to the hostess and she said "she don't pick up trash". So we just left. This was at 3:30, Sunday December 21. People just don't want to work. Smh read more

Popped in here a quick lunch. Service was fast at the bar and food was as expected. They could use a good deep clean and carpet cleaning, but otherwise not bad at all. read more

Food was good but i could tell the cook was in a hurry i give it 8 out of 10! my service was beyond anything I've ever had before. this lady named Autumn was the best server I've ever had dinning out. she gave us 5 star service. i manage people all day long and id love to hire her!! read more

Food and service at the Franklin Indiana. Applebee's is always great. The perfect margarita, one of the best

My husband and I ordered the 2 for 25.00 meal. he had the steak asked for it to be cooked medium, it was well well done . I had the chicken it was tasteless. we will not be back. my husband returned his meal. BUT WE STILL HAD TO PAY FULL PRICE. I could not eat all of mine just no taste. it just filled an empty spot. not worth it. the server was good Music was way too loud. read more

I don't care for Applebees anyway. It has definitely fell off since it opened years ago. The alcoholic drinks are weak. The food definitely tastes packaged and this particular one was so nasty!! The kitchen floor was disgusting so why was I not surprised to see a cockroach. I'm sorry, where there's one roach there are MANY!!! At night it is definitely a cockroachpaloooza!!! Roachella!!! People work hard for their money and to know people waste their money here Applebees should be shamed!! read more

I specifically requested the ham to be excluded from this order. Ham in the pasta orders, all the pasta orders include ham or bacon or whatever that is. For religious reasons, we don't eat bacon or ham or any products derived from a pig. Even if the pig is removed from the meal it still cannot be consumed. read more

I went for the free Veterans Day food, but I ordered something else. Not only were the servers walking zombies. The food was quite disgusting. Too salty, and gross. It was my first time going and definitely my last. I would not recommend this despicable restaurant. Pure Garbage!!! read more

Started well, everything was brought promptly. It's to bad that is where it ended. My dinner which is something I get all the time at other Applebees was barely warm. The plate was warmer than the food. The fries were limp. The server never checked on us and we had to ask for the check and was given the wrong check. If we hadn't paid attention we wouldn't have paid enough. I was disappointed with our overall experience. The server dropped the food and left and didn't ask if we needed anything. I couldn't tell him about my food because he didn't come back to the table until he ran by and dropped the wrong check. It was not busy at all so there was no reason for this. Live close by but don't see us coming back anytime soon.... read more

Ordered from Uber eats. Uber eats failed at their job and didn't deliver. So I canceled the order and then ordered the same through door dash. Applebee's charged me and door dash delivered my original order complete with the Uber eats sticker on front, which means Applebee's double charged me for the order. Plus the food was cold and the rice wasn't cooked thoroughly. Complete garbage. Negative 5 stars if that was possible. read more

The food was cold. Only thing was good was the waitress. Food should not be sent back 3 + times.

Cold food steak was dry poor service. Waitress took for ever to come to the table to get our drink order then took for ever on getting our food and the food was dry not fully cooked. Cold like it was sitting for a while shitty service I will never come back read more

First time trying out this location and it was awful. The wall by our table had black mold all over it ‍ Then when we got our food none of us could even eat more than a few bites. It all tasted like it had been cooked days before and microwaved. I had the 4 cheese pasta with honey chipotle tenders and it tasted like watered down jar Alfredo sauce. We paid for our food we didn't eat and left. Definitely won't be going back. read more

Food was cold waited 1 hour waitress was slow and the food was horrible drinks were flat

If I can give 2090 Hwy 280-431 no stars I would. First off DoorDash comes to my door and hands me a bag with 2 items in it. My husbands riblet platter w/ the mashed potatoes he ordered and the spinach dip and chips. The order was 2 for $22. So why i had to call about my entire order missing and advice them I want my food. Supervisor claims ok we will get it ready in 20 minutes. I had the bacon cheeseburger w/ no onions extra pickle lettuce and tomato so I go up there for my order and when I get home because it was already storming pouring down raining I have no lettuce tomatoes pickles not even the damn condiments that come with a cheeseburger. I'm pissed off like seriously i was starving. their customer service and attentiveness is lacking bad. I will no t eat at another Applebee's because I feel the service has went down tremendously read more

Love the wonton tacos. Staff friendly Clean and helpful. I would love to come here daily, if I could afford to.

This Applebee's has a management problem. Restaurant 1/3 full, but still waited for a table. Finally seated, but waited more than 10 minutes for a server or menus. Neither ever came. Finally, got up to leave. Group of 4 walked out. Had to go find manager to tell him we were leaving and why. Had to interrupt his chat with a bartender. Staff chatting with each other, but nobody really working. The food has never been that good. Without some exceptional service, there is absolutely no reason to go there. read more

Food was definitely not up to par, whisky bacon burger is definitely not recommended, tomatoes tasted old and texture was off. Food was a little cold. Don't recommend going at night read more

Went to Applebees on 280 bypass in Phenix City last Friday night. Had a wait if 35 minutes. Less than half of the tables were occupied so I figured either Covid or lack of staffing. No biggie. I had grilled chicken and mashed potatoes. Chicken was so tough I could hardly cut it with a knife. Mashed potatoes were so cold I couldn't even melt the butter on them. My husbands steak was partly done and partly over done. His potatoes were cold as well. The waiter was extremely overwhelmed with the amount of customers and running like a chicken with his head cut off. Every time he stopped by our table he apologized. We didn't complain so why he was apologizing is beyond me. I was extremely disappointed because we have gone there for years, usually for a Brutus and an appetizer. Maybe we better stick to that instead of trying to order a meal. read more

Horrible service! Stood in the Togo area for 30 literal minutes. No one stopped to say may I help you, what are you waiting on, or anything. I stopped the manager (ADAM) and asked who was over Togo, he told me to hold on disappeared into the kitchen and never came back. No team work or sense of urgency. HORRIBLE DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME read more

Went to this location last night and in the middle of chewing, I bit into something very hard. I ended up pulling a small cylinder shaped piece of metal from my mouth. The manager mentioned it might have been part of a paper clip. Regardless of where it might've come from, why is there metal in their food!?! He was very nonchalant despite it being extremely dangerous and unsanitary. Leaving a review so that others are aware. read more

Horrible experience at this location. First we waited for more than 30 minutes while there were empty tables. We finally get seated and order our food and drinks. My wife ordered a lemonade and I ordered a Pepsi. Server only brought my drink and my wife's lemonade never came. We get our food served and the server does not notice we don't have our silverware until I bring it to her attention 5 minutes later. My wife and I have finished our food and they still haven't brought our wings we ordered and her drink. It's not even packed in here.
