I was honestly pleasantly surprised when I walked into this bar on a weeknight. After about 10pm, the bar area turns into that kind of place where it feels like everybody knows everybody--very friendly, social, and lively energy. That's also when the half-off appetizers start, and it definitely becomes a party. They also have $6 drink specials throughout the month, which makes it a great spot to casually hang out without breaking the bank. The servers were really nice and accommodating, even when it got crowded. You can tell they're trying their best, and it shows. read more

I came here for a drink and ended up ordering food and met some good people. The bartender, Christin, was amazing. There are quite a few regulars. If you want to hang out and vibe, this is a good spot. I am surprised that Applebee's is it. The drinks are cheaper than most places. This location also has Touch Tunes. I ordered chicken parmesan and they really skipped on the pasta. read more

The worst food. I ordered Salmon with season beans and macaroni and cheese. The chef used ZITI thick pasta with no cheese. Just big fat pasta. Elbow macaroni is supposed to be used and I was charged $8.99 extra. I am so disappointed and I will not ever step feet back into Applebee again. My total bill cost $35.81 it was NOT worth it. read more

Food was amazing after the drive here from Alabama at 10 PM. We were met with the most amazing waitress (Tiesha P). Amazing energy and hilarious! She was all on her own tending to multiple tables and still made sure to check up on us multiple times. She made our experience great! read more

LOL Why didn't I believe the reviews? They lived up to the hype for sure. The worst dining experience ever!!!! We arrived at 7PM and decided on the all you can eat 14.99 menu. It took almost an hour to get food and they still didn't have everything on the table. The server was seemingly nice but she sucked at the same time. No utensils, no refills, no check-ins. We grabbed the person at the front seating people to help us. 2 hours later food for 2 people that were with us finally came out and stuff was still not right. Don't think you will get second rounds unless you wait forever. read more

Now see.... Even knowing the reviews were low for a newer location of this franchise, we had hoped to boat them and as we had a gift certificate from family so what was the loss on our part, right? So after driving 14 miles we are sadly unimpressed with dining. Now I will come sit in the bar area and hang with the fun crowd! Well the reviews are right. Let me first say that it was not the staff. They are seriously doing all they can with the number of people we walked in with to be served and a full bar on NFL playoffs weekend. Two waitresses for the whole sitting area and one bartender on a busy football Saturday night. This bar area is full and the seating areas are filling up quick. My complaint is .... The food is just frozen menu.. the AUCE menu is back and while I was hoping it would be more than frozen food reheated, well I was incorrect. Nothing inventive, nothing cooked up fresh. The shrimp tasted freezer burnt and it was not even deep fried. It was like air fryer and definitely didn't see any grease or oil. I know we are a generation now of bad oil bad but give me deep fried shrimp over this every single day. I did enjoy the fries but I like "handcut" style fries. Please make the cocktail sauce not be ketchup with a splash of lemon. Amp up the horseradish! I'm from the Charleston coast and I KNOW what seafood and cocktail sauce needs to taste like... not this! One menu item we did like was the pretzel appetizer and beer cheese. However, both appetizer and food arrived together soooooo. Won't be back to eat, maybe to drink. See ya on Yelp! read more

I loved my bartender Lex but the manager was VERY rude. I spent at least 69 dollars during my hour visit by muself and as soon as I was walking out the door he waved his hand for me to leave. Very disrespectful. I will post a bad review everyday until he is removed read more

I just spent my 63rd birthday here on the 21st of May with my hubby and our son. Hubby and I ordered the endless Riblets, Shrimp, and Chicjen Tenders our son ate Ribs. Everything was very tasty. Service was ass, girl forgot us most of the time and took forever to serve us when she remembered we existed. Asked for medium well steak, steak came back bloody and super red/pink, when this was addressed, she just microwaved it so the piece I cut looked cooked more but the rest was still bloody and red af. Would not recommend. read more

Did not get all of my food delivered. Missing one of the meals. Very disappointing. I ordered 3 things and got only 2.

I've been here a few times now. This place has some of the loudest music while trying to eat. When you leave your ears will probably hurt if you sit anywhere near a speaker. The service is sllllloooooooooowwwwww! But it was friendly. I ordered a salad and it took us 1 1/2 to order, eat and leave. Most of that time was just waiting. The food was pretty average. No complaints there. The place was clean and neat. The people were friendly. read more

It took a while for someone to take us to a table. Another while went by before the server to order our drinks. She came back to deliver the drinks and take our order. 48 minutes went by, but my appetizer sampler finally came. The quesadilla burger arrived 19 minutes later. i had already finished my meal. To boot, no silverware, and it was wrapped in paper towels. Iced tea was never refilled. As the burger was delivered, we asked for the check. Which took another while. So we left the gift cards to cover the meal and a 15% tip. And left. A very bad experience, considering they were less than half full. read more

AMAZING!! I go here almost every week, every time is a great experience. The waiters are always kind and I have never had any problems with my food. I've been to a lot of Applebees. This is the only one I've ever been to that sounded more like a nightclub. The music was blasting, and even a person with bad hearing was annoyed. I order the Bourbon Street steak, medium rare, and got a 1/2 thick piece of raw flesh. My wife was finished with her meal before I received my second steak. Guess what? Still pretty raw. Won't be going back to this place! read more

I am so done with this Applebee's. I doubt I will ever be returning. First of all, on more than one occasion we have went here and the service was not the best. We tried it again and was my last time, IM DONE. We ordered water and that took forever. The atmosphere is not the great, like it was when we first started going. We keep it simple and I order rarely change. we do the 2 for $20 or $25. Same app and everything. So I ordered this new steak and potato dish with mushrooms and tomatoes(minus the tomatoes of course). I have an that dish before and it was great! This was not good at all the favor was there but you could tell it was thrown together. I waitress was the worst. To make things even worst a couple behind us, got into a heated argument and the guy was so disrespectful. I was ready to go and we paid the check and got the HELL out of there! Worst manages restaurant I have ever been to. I first ordered an appetizer with was the pretzel with cheese sauce only for the waiter to come 10 minutes later and tell me they are sold out of it. So i pick another appetizer and it takes 20 minutes for it to come. When we ordered our entrees the water comes back 20 minutes later only to tell us they are sold out of fries. I never heard of a major restaurant chain like this running out of fries. It should be something they have plenty of on stock. I was in a hurry to get the check and get out of here. Avoid this place if you are in town. read more

One star is being generous. Clearly they are understaffed, okay I accept that. As we were walked to our table the hostess said, "excuse the mess" By mess, she meant all the food and napkins that had been spilled onto the floor next to our table. While we sat there is disgust, we watched as multiple servers just walked over the mess. Other guests were even taken over the mess to get to their table. The tables across from us hadn't been cleared and were a mess as well. Our server came over and he was very pleasant. Without us saying a word, he grabbed a broom and cleaned up the mess in the middle of the floor and apologized. He was just about the only good thing to our experience. I ordered the four cheese Mac and cheese with chicken tenders. The sauce comes with bacon and I don't eat pork so the server said they can make it without. Perfect. We also ordered mozzarella sticks which came out after my friends main meal. When my dish was brought out, it had bacon in it. The server apologized and said he asked for it without but the kitchen must be too busy to pay attention. He brought me the menu and I declined ordering anything else since my friends were almost done eating by the time the menu was brought back to me. This place sucks. Don't eat there. read more

We had a great lunch, excellent service and tasty food. Very pleased to have this as an option close to home! Definitely will be back!

Terrible experience! I ordered online to pickup up. It said my order would be ready at 7:27pm. I arrive at 7:23pm I don't get my food until 8:01pm. Ordered takeout about an hour before closing. Waited the 35 minutes it said and arrived only to have to wait 10 minutes for the manager to come tell me they canceled my order. No phone call or text, no offer for a substitute, just an email 4 minutes before I got there because they didn't have one of the sides. All he said was that he refunded my money- yea NS. By that time it was too late to get anything else as everywhere was closing. Didn't even offer anything when I asked why they couldn't have told me an hour before hand so I could have at least gotten something to eat. read more

If I could leave 0 stars I would. Me and my friend came to this location on a Sunday night. The host was very attentive. We were seated promptly, HOWEVER we sat at the table for 45 min. No waters,no drinks, no appetizers. Server didn't even have the skill to come check in on us but she definitely had the time to deliver drinks to other tables in the same section that were sat 10-15 min after we were seated. 0/10 this location needs to be closed down and management/staff needs to be completely revamped. Will NOT be visiting again. Don't bother wasting your time ! read more

This isn't the first time going to this location. Every time me and my girlfriend have went. It's been pretty average, the people are always super nice and food it fine. But this past Friday, We went in got seated after a little wait (totally fine). After being seated, it took about 10-15 mins just to order our drinks. But we waited long enough to order our drinks to figure what all we wanted to order. We get our drinks, then about 10 mins after that we get our entree. Cool! Seemed pretty smooth to us. Well within the 20 mins we waited for our food, I had finished my drink. Our waitress came by with our food, and asked if I needed more to drink. I said "yes please, thank you so much!". After 5 mins she walks back past us, with nothing in her hands. She said "I'll be right back with your drink, Im just waiting for it to be made". I ordered a coke.... After another 10 mins she walks past our table and doesn't say anything. She past our table 5 times. And never once brought either of us more than 1 drink with in the 2 hours we were there. Despite her acknowledgement of the drinks, it failed to get done. But as always we are super polite and understanding that everyone has a job to do and that it may take longer than usual sometimes. But it was 2 hours, and it was acknowledged once. And I failed to mention when we got our food, my girlfriend was missing an entire part of her meal. And she had to bring it up "I'm sorry, I was supposed have fries with this" and our waitress said "They're being made at the moment". Why would that not seem like something mention when handing someone their food??? Save your time, unless you want to last on the priority list. Because this isn't the first time this has happened to us. read more

I had the absolute worst experience here today. First thing, it took our server forever to even bring drinks. I looked over that because I understand that sometimes they get busy. (Meanwhile today was the slowest I ever seen it there.) Secondly, it took our food over an hr to come out. Our food came out and all of it was cold. I immediately let the sever know when she placed it on the table. At this point we are starving and I have small kids and they were so hungry they started to eat the food anyway. Meanwhile, we haven't not 1 refill on drinks either.I hate complaining, but I asked to speak with a manager. He took another 20-30 minutes to come to the table. When he came to the table we explained our issue and showed him all the food was still there except my kids food. He proceeded to say he would take it off and once we received our check it was only $2 less. It has to be under new management because my family and I have been going to this location 3+ years and we always enjoy everything, we were extremely shocked about our experience today. read more

This place was unapologetically A.W.F.U.L. I normally don't even dine at Applebees, because it didn't matter which one I visited, I received bad food & bad service. This location is the worst of the worst. It maybe worth the extra miles to go to the Hiram location if you can't go without all together. Okay, So, I decided to visit this Applebee's today because I wanted a beer and I wanted to sit at a bar and drink the beer. It was not my first choice but since i was in the area I figured why not. This isn't my first time here, I come many times before. I had swore myself off, for various reasons, mostly dealing with service. Today when I sat at the bar I immediately noticed fruit flies flying around. The bar tender I was familiar with and he seemed to be less irritable today. I asked for bud light on draft and of course they didnt have BUD LIGHT on tap. SMH. So I got a Miller Light. The glass I was served in was chipped on the rim, I was fortunate not to cut my lip. I brought it to the bar tenders attention and he got me another beer and that glass was also chipped. It just so happened the manager was walking by and I brought it to his attention and he got me another beer. Which was not chipped, thankfully. The food was bar food, nothing special. Went here on a Tuesday night. More people than I thought would be there. Being around 9, you could tell the employees were itching to go home. The host didn't speak. Just said to follow her in a stale voice. The waited was fine. Pretty friendly and not buggy. Food was borrible though. Wings we had for Apps were barely warm. Was told they were just made.....but just made food is hot, right? We ordered the chicken pasta and the all you can eat Rib tips, tenders, and shrimp. Sounded like a good idea but low and behold, the tenders were the best part of the meal. Ribs were just disgusting. Shrimp tasted like the fish from Captain Ds. The drinks weren't good as well.
