I'm not one to do this but this experience really was one of the worst I have ever had! 70$ for 3 meals and it all cold and frankly inedible. Both Riblet platters were absolutely disgusting. My friend got a steak and it was literally like rubber. The service was even WORSE. All the employees except a couple were all worried about talking and vaping etc instead of taking care of their tables. at one point all of them were standing outside talking. And of course the manager was no where to be found. We didn't get waited on at all until 15 mintues after we got there. The table next to us when we got there waited 20 minutes for one drink. Went out with friends for dinner here. Waited 10 minutes for a table even though there were plenty waiting to be cleared. Staff was too busy talking to one another to do it. Once we were seated, we ordered our beverages and an appetizer. Then, I ordered dinner. The waiter came over 25 minutes later to tell us he had messed up and our appetizer would be right out. Right. With our dinner. I had ordered EXTRA garlic parm sauce for my boneless wings (as my entree). There was literally one drop of sauce and ONE piece of shredded parm cheese on my wings. Finally got the waiter back & told him I got no sauce on my wings & that I had actually ordered EXTRA sauce. He proceeded to tell me that "they don't come with sauce, they are dry rubbed!" I tried explaining that "no, they come with sauce, I've been eating them for years." He then started yelling at me, saying, "Mommalove, you gonna tell me how they are made, when I work here?" Half the restaurant was staring at him because he was so loud. I said "yes, I'm telling you they come with parm sauce." He, Armani, I think his name was, then walked away. Finally, we saw a manager walking by and flagged her down. We explained what had transpired, and she said, "You are right, they DO come with garlic parm sauce." So she left and was walking to the kitchen and told the waiter, "they are NOT dry rubbed. They come with sauce." The waiter, Armani, then picked something up and threw it across the bar area into the trash can shattering glass of some sort. Everyone in the bar area heard it and was commenting. The manager brought the sauce and also a cup of shredded parm cheese. Then Armani came to the table and picked up my husband's half full glass of soda and slammed our checks down and the SLAMMED his glass down on top of the checks. We have NEVER been so disrespected by a server. Our friends said, "Well, there goes his tip from us!" My husband said the same thing. Service is okay but the building is in terrible conditions. The roof tiles are falling from the ceiling... I got a picture of some behind me that were molding and had stains on them. I wasn't able to take pictures of the ones that were falling from the ceiling because they SAT PEOPLE AT THE TABLE UNDER THEM. I didn't want the people to think I was taking pics of them. But I'm just thankful the ceiling didn't fall on them. The lamps above the tables were also covered in dust. I wouldn't be surprised if dust got on my food if a slight breeze went by. read more

To start it off the walls were peeling off and in disarray then the boneless wings had spaghetti in the sauce and then was told they don't even sell spaghetti there they remade them still spaghetti in them then on to the meal mashed potatoes were ice cold like out the fridge no heat at all then my wife took her cherry out of her drink and it was half eaten and to top it all off the manager admitted to the employees eat them and has told them not to put them back in there then my wife used the restroom and floor was soaked wall was 4 different colors and the toilet paper was literally on the floor no holder just a big roll on the floor the manager said I'll take care of the bill several times and I still had to pay almost $20 for food that was horrible upon leaving we both had pealing in our mouth and she had a bad rash on her chest completely messed up this place needs shut down read more

I was not offered a refund for my missing meal I was told that they would give me a $10 gift card which didn't take care of the tax. We haven't been to Applebees in quite awhile. We were anxious due to the 1.5 star rating on yelp but most recent reviews were good. We were very happy we tried it. The restaurant was very busy but we were seated right away. You could see the staff was a little stressed but everyone was pleasant and attentive to their customers. Our waitress was Makayla. She was straight forward and explained the kitchen was very busy and our food may take a little longer than expected but she would make sure we got it as soon as she saw it was ready. She took care of everything with a smile on her face. No one in the restaurant got irritated or upset. This was a horrible experience. I brought my Mother and daughter here for lunch. After putting in our orders, it took 34 minutes to get a cup of coffee. The appetizer came in 20 mins, which while later, was okay. It was an additional 30 minutes for our meal. I ordered the Whiskey buger. The first thing I noticed, was there was only bacon, burger and cheese. I then asked the server for the lettuce, tom, ect that comes on it. She brought the "salad" on the side. She then had to return for the crispy onions that I had to ask for. I have worked in the industry over 20 years. The plate should have been immediately returned and assembled correctly. Then I took the bun off the burger, and is burnt beyond edible. I have now been waiting 20mins to speak to the MANAGER. It's 1:52pm on Sunday 9/23/2018. My child and mother have eaten. The server has told me again that the manager is coming, and told me they are taking the burger off my bill. My reply, "that's a good thing, since it's not edible." I would highly suggest never...
