Valentine's Day daiquiri was great! Mashed potatoes came out cold. Service was very slow and no they were not understaffed or busy.

Dont go here!!! Stopped here for dinner on my way to Atlanta and had the worst experience! They don't wash their dishes very well, the meat knife on the table was dirty. It had a piece of what looked like dried on lettuce or something hanging off it. The server apologized and brought me out a cleaner one. We ordered our food, it took entirely way to long for it to come out considering there was only 10-15 people in the whole restaurant and when it did come out, I found a long hair in mine. The server apologized AGAIN and offered to have a fresh one made or replace it with something else, I wanted to leave at that point but my friend was still eating. After being told it "would be right up" it ended up taking 20-25 minutes for my new plate to come out....again, only 10-15 customers in the whole place. Went there last night and haven't been in in awhile but use to get the 2 for 20 was a great deal at one time got it last night and man there aren't but 4 choices for your appetizer and I think 5 for entree and 4 of the entree picks or chicken dishes and the other is a Thai Shrimp salad which I got this thing must have been made by the devil himself it was so freaking hot I couldn't even eat it and not a fan of chicken so want be visiting Applebee's anytime in the future because the 2 for 25 it's much better to choose from read more

Had the whiskey burger, very tasty and filling. Ordered on Ubereats and was surprised by the efficiency and timely delivery. Food was still warm and driver very courteous. Overall would order again and recommend Applebee's delivery or a visit if not on a bind, which I was. Bad Service, bad food ... choose someplace else to eat tonight. Read below for long story. Service was very slow and unprofessional, not busy and not understaffed just really slow. We waited to be seated for about 5 minutes hostess saw we were waiting but wanted to finish what she was doing first. Waitress did came by our table 10 minutes after we were seated to apologize but didn't take even our drink orders. We were there about 25 minutes before our drinks came and waitress took our order. Food was an overall miss but some was ok. String beans hot and tasted good. The loaded bake potato came out almost cold. The butter and cheese was cold and the bake potato was not going to melt anything. Guessing it was not freshly baked. We waited long enough for it to have been baked. Got full rack of ribs, not as shown in picture. Lengthwise ok but the ribs were cut long ways so that ribs were like 2 inches long. The waitress never came back after taking or order. No refills on drinks Don't know where everyone was hiding but we were not the only ones not getting service. This is the most racist horrible and horrendous environment, I walked into be seated and I was met with staff eyeing me up and down as a Mexican American I am already insecure but this was just horrible I was told to wait 28 minutes, when a white couple walked in behind me they didn't have to wait. Applebee's is okay. If I can't get into Chili's this is the second option. Most of the time the customer service is good. The other part of the time the servers always have attitudes and the chefs don't even get your order right, and they get mad when you send it back. read more

Honestly the worst food I've ever had, school food is a step up from this. The chips and queso were both served cold and the chips were really greasy and clumped together from being refried multiple times (still managed to stay cold). I had the chicken parmesan and it was appalling. The chicken tasted like it was a microwaved frozen chicken patty and the noodles and tomato sauce were so bland. My girlfriend had the 4 cheese Mac with the tenders, the tenders weren't awful but still tasted microwaved and previously frozen. The Mac was penne noodles and the cheese sauce tasted like water. 10/10 do NOT recommend to anyone, please do not waste your time or money. read more

Service has declined over past year. Today came in at 11 and there were 2-3 other tables in the restaurant. The waitress was slow. Appetizer was delayed due to manager had to "thaw" the sauces and our salad dressing. Our waitress brought our appetizer took it back then brought it back out saying the sauce was thawing. When sauce came it wasn't correct and tasted spoiled. The waitress began to freak out. The manager came out and explained the sauce tasted bad because it was sour cream. When our entrees came out my burger was raw. At this point I lost my appetite and didn't dare ask them to fix it because it would take forever. I decided to take my burger home and nuke it instead. This was a mixed bag. My full rack of ribs were awfully undercooked- not raw but tough. I cooked the leftovers longer at home and they were actually very good. My other half had a steak and shrimp combo that he raved about. Our server made the night. Her name was Aeryal (if I spelled it right) and she was the BEST. Finally after waiting forever, we put in our order and 2 people at our table got their food and we had to wait another 30 minutes to get our half ass rolled chicken strips and fries. Our waitress asked us if we wanted to put another order in because we got all you can eat chicken strips and we said yes, well after waiting another 45 minutes we decided it wasnt even worth it waiting any longer on them so we left after we paid. I have been here before and the service was decent, but this evening when my husband took me to eat at the Commerce location I was so unpleased with how we were treated by the hostess. The restaurant was pretty empty and we were standing at the front for approximately five minutes, waiting for someone to recognize that we were there and seat us. Finally, someone said we will be with you in a moment, and at that time a group of eight came in. The hostess came up and asked how many were in each party. The hostess then looked at me and said "I am going to seat them first" at which I replied "We arrived here first, but ok". She then suggested that the manger prefers the larger party get seated first, at the far end of the restaurant and that our table was only a few steps away and we could wait. I am in my second trimester of pregnancy and we were told to stand there even longer. We left and will now be taking our business to the Athens location if we eat at Applebee's again. read more

This place amazing place eat with your family. Server good at his job. He really nice to us and my family. Name was Dylan. He really cared for us and took his job seriously. We did not have to ask him for anything, because he basically read our minds and brought us or asked everything we needed. I recommend him as a server to everyone. Beautiful blue eyes too. The food was good. My salad was great, but who can mess up a salad?? But my mothers steak was cooked wayy to much and she could barely eat it because it was so tough. We told Dylan, and he apologized very kindly and told us that he was going to get them started on a brand new steak and HE would make sure himself that it was cooked right. And when it came out, it was perfect. My mother was so happy. Needless to say, our experience here was AWESOME because of the service and we left him a really good tip too ;-) Everyone should go to this Applebee's. read more

My son and I made a five state, three day road trip and we stopped at Applebees, well his Lime Chicken was fantastic and my 4 cheese mac and cheese with chicken was a joke... barely any cheese, the nuggets were fried beyond recognition, I had to put in a box for the dog.
