My wife and I ate here earlier tonight, simply because we had never eaten here before. The hostess was very nice and sat us at a table. The server came promptly and took our drink order. I asked her for suggestions and she told us her favorites. My wife ordered the Garlic Sirloin and I had the Jalapeno Shrimp dish that came with rice. The sirloin looked grey and odd. My wife claimed it tasted "different". I liked the Jalapeno Shrimp, but was not fond of the what seemed to be instant rice. Overall, I now know why I have avoided Applebee's. It's pretty plain and your typical chain restaurant. Not something we enjoy. read more

I wish I could give zero stars. As we sat there waiting for our food we seen the manger going around talking to people.. the food finally get to the table and I ordered my steak well done it came out raw. The waiter never came back to the table I had to walk my steak to the bar area to have another server get it cooked again. The manger come over to ask if it was cooked right this time.. let's just say we won't be back for a while which is sad because it was our family go to when eating out. read more

They deserve no stars. I was seated with my family and we waited for almost 20 minutes without being approached. There was plenty of staff and it wasn't even busy. We go about once a week! Always delicious! We love this place. My favorite is the Bourbon Street Chicken and Shrimp.

Great service, seated immediately, appetizer was out very quickly, and the food was delicious. Refills were always offered and the pretzel appetizer with beer cheese and sweet mustard was different than other pretzels around. They werent doughy...they had a coating on the outside which gave them a crunch but was soft on the inside. They were very good! Nice having that type of cheese instead of the usual melted velveeta. The pick 2 meals for $20 is a great deal! For $20 we got riblets and fries with a nice side salad and triple cheese chicken penne pasta w/a breadstick and a side salad. Could have gotten another appetizer inplace of the salads but we had already ordered one. My hamburger was a delicious handmade patty. This sandwich had bacon, cheese, onion, pickles, and a signature sauce. The sauce tasted like the sauce on the frisco melts at steak-n-shake! This burger had a great grilled taste and was not greasy. It was a good grade of meat. This was a great lunch experience but the only negative thing is i noticed the portions being smaller from the last time i was there. While the server was ok. And by ok I mean he showered but the choice of dress was terrible. He looked like he walked in off the streets and picked up a pen and pad to take out order. The food was horrible. The burger was extremely greasy. So greasy that it made me sick to my stomach. This is a place I frequent often but it will be a while before going back. Came here tonight for the unlimited riblets/chicken tenders at 6 pm prime dinner time only for them to be out of riblets by dinner time. I really wanted those riblets :(...will come back, but cmon Applebee's have your stuff prepared if your gonna have a special going on.. read more

Was there for lunch today with Mom and brother. They have many lunches for under 8.99 and had great choices. Service was fast, friendly and had refills a plenty. Try the app " Brew Pub Pretzel and Beer Cheese. Was very tasty only think wish ther were more then 4 sticks......will go again. read more

The Applebee's has the worst food I've every had in a chain restaurant. I had riblets that taste so bad that I had to throw them away. My husband had a Shrimp Alfred with little to no Alfredo sauce. It's a lot of good restaurants in the area but DON'T go to this one. read more

I went to enjoy a meal with family at this establishment. We were seated promptly. We then proceeded to wait and wait for someone to come introduce themselves. That never happened. We waited patiently and watched as the servers gathered in a pow wow around the bar as we sat for 15-20 minutes. We never got a peep from any of the servers. We politely gathered our belongings and proceeded to leave the restaurant. Thanks to Travis. I called in an order on Super Bowl Sunday. I arrived a little early to get my order. Took my wings and a salad to my hotel. After the wings and a couple beverages I started my salad and realized it was missing the shrimp. Since I arrived early they sped up my order and skipped a step. I called and Travis recognized me. Unlike David we had decent service here. Our problem was a little woorse then not getting refills or anything like that. A friend of mine and I thought it would be nice to get out for dinner. (Little did we know we should have stayed home.) We both ordered the club sandwhich and within 10 minutes after leaving we were both sick. Yup we got food poisoning from eating there! When I called to let them know e the manager said it is not possible. Their standards for food control were too high and controlled......tell that to my stomach! NEVER NEVER EATING THERE AGAIN! The building and atmosphere here remind me of Chili's. But the food to me is just ok. Why would I spend about $25-$28 for 2 meals when I can go to Biaggi's for lunch for about the same cost but far better food. Nothing against Applebees but to me is ok but not great. read more

Walked in and hostess was nice got set down and waited about 10 mins for waitress to come to take our drink orders after that we ordered and got the 2 for $20 with the potato twisters as an appetizer..app came out and the chips looked like they were deep fried a few mins too long wasn't happy with that at all..food came out and was good she got the fiesta lime chicken n I got the riblets..food was good and hot waitress came back few times but would of liked for her to come back little more often and acted like she was a lazy kid that didn't wanna be there but other than that it was all in all ok read more

Terrible food - terrible service. We have visited this restaurant many times over the past few years and the quality of the food and service has steadily declined. We visited last night with a party of seven and the restaurant was fairly busy. I ordered ribs with sauce on the side and when I receive them they were slathered with sauce. The waitress quickly took them back and they prepared them again. However the ribs were tough and chewy and the broccoli was cold. The waitress apologized and said the kitchen help had been messing up alot of orders and brought me another serving of broccoli. Unfortunately one of the other individuals in our party received an entirely wrong order from another table. Between my order and the other individuals order, we had to wait an extra 15 minutes while everyone else ate their food. We did receive a seven dollar discount which was nice. I don't think will be visiting this restaurant anytime in the very near future. read more

The food was good and waitstaff friendly. We went for the special deal but would have had only enough for a snack. The sodas and few other things we had to add on to have a decent meal ran the price up high enough to have paid for dinner in a better place. The food is tasty though. read more
