On top of excellent technical support, every individual that I spoke with in the store was knowledgeable, professional, and kind. Special shout out to Luis, who demonstrated a high level of care and compassion with each customer in the room. He kept everyone updated throughout the process, demonstrated care and knowledge in each situation, and seamlessly handled each of our concerns. Happy to say we now have a neighborhood repair shop for all of our tech!

I've been going to this uBiFix here since at least 2019 bc it's in my hood and they were always solid - but I guess new crew new attitude - ah how we long for the good old days. Anyways I've had shorter waits in Doctor Offices. The waiting area looked like a subway platform at rush hour - and by that I mean - a few lucky peeps had seats and the rest of us stood around waiting....and waiting... Anyways my tech Andrew informed me a new Apple Screen would be $250 or $300 I cant remember which now, but that an after market would be $200. So being that the phone is a couple of years old I went with the after market. They took it in, fixed it and I was out. Next day - even though it sat on my desk or in my pocket - another rainbow appeared. So I went back I showed it to Andrew and said, "Its covered under the warranty right? Its only one day" He said, "Well if it's not your fault" I showed him the spotless screen. I was like "Dude forget about no cracks or no scratches -there's not even a speck of dust on the screen." "Well lets see." He goes in and comes out after too long a time to tell me, "Yeah we're gonna do you a favor and fix it." "Do me a favor?" I'm thinking - because Techs are like car mechanics or Doctors - you can't express how you really feel if you're still gonna put your whatever in their hands. Lets get real - Business don't survive by doing favors. It was 2 days into warranty - and whether it was a defective screen or incompetence - that's why you're gonna do it. Anyways I was never given a reason why it failed. So I get it back fixed and a few days later, its in my shirt pocket, I'm standing leaning over my desk and my phone - that's in a sturdy case - falls about 2 feet onto my desk and like that old Rolling Stones song "SHE COMES IN COLORS EVERYWHERE - SHE'S LIKE A RAINBOW!" Needless to say I got my answer the hard way - if their aftermarket screen cracks from 2 foot fall to a desk - it's prolly not even defective but just cheap crap. I mean 2 screens fail that easy - time to source a new provider boys! I had no time to go back to their circus as I had to fly - besides slap me once shame on you, but slap me twice... Anyways when I got to Louisville Kentucky there was a shop on Bardstown Rd & Eastern Parkway - polite, friendly no attitude. Their aftermarket cost only $149.00 instead of $200 and they told me it would be ready in 30 min. I didnt even get to finish my coffee in the cafe across the street before I got a text it was done. MORAL OF THE STORY: If you can't get to Kentucky for a great deal, and you're happy with Bad Attitude, Product & Service - then the uBreakiFix on Court Street is the joint for you! ,

But to the service I got today. I went in to see if they can fix my tablets charging port. I was willing to wait, and he was fast, and really nice. the girl in the front was really nice too. In the end he said he fixed something that didn't need fixing and didn't charge me. I was shocked and so grateful!! This is definitely a place to go to. Fast service, friendly people and they know what they are doing!! So glad I went there!! Now I know what my tablet needs!! Thank you guys!!

The first was replacement of a cracked screen for my daughter's Samsung Galaxy phone. Took a couple of hours and the price was right. No problems with the phone afterwards. The quoted was the price we paid. This week, I walked in to see if Power Button stocked replacement batteries for the Google Pixel 2, the phone I've been using for the past two years. The battery needed to be ordered, so I paid a $10 deposit and agreed to come back in three or four days for the repair. Once the battery arrived, the fix took about two or three hours, and cost $60, parts and labor. The two brothers who run this shop are hard workers and very customer oriented. The store is open Saturday evenings until 8. Closed on Sundays.

A Disclaimer for anyone using T-Mobile insurance: If this is your assigned repair location, do…read moreyourself a favor and double check everything they try to sell you after your repair. Do not just take their word for it. I came here to get my screen fixed through T-Mobile insurance. The repair itself was fine, but the customer service afterward was an absolute joke. After the fix, they pushed me to buy a screen protector. I normally order mine from Amazon because in-store ones are usually cheap and poorly made. The only reason I agreed was because the employee assured me that if there were any issues at all, I could bring it back and they would replace it with no questions asked. The younger guy who installed it clearly did not care about doing a good job. He applied it lazily, and while it looked okay at first, within a week the protector started peeling from the bottom left corner. I went back fully expecting them to honor their own words and instead got told it would be 12 dollars to replace it. At no point during the original conversation was this replacement fee ever mentioned. The employee then pointed to some random sheet of paper nowhere near where we talked, trying to justify it. That is not how you do honest business. This is a classic bait and switch and it shows they have zero interest in standing by their word. I walked out without paying because I refuse to reward shady practices. If this is how they treat customers, I would not trust them with anything more than a basic repair. Bottom line: If you have a T-Mobile insurance claim, be extremely careful here. Record what they promise you, get it in writing, or better yet, take your business somewhere else
