There are not enough words in the English language for me to accurately describe my disdain for this location. I went in in late June in order to trade in my iPhone 14 Pro Max for an iPhone 17 Pro. The man helping me went through all of the steps in order to pay for my new phone, but then told me at the last moment that Apple Pay was not accepted, and I did not have a physical credit card on me. I came back the next day and it was the same person working. He said that since we had canceled out of the order from yesterday, I would have to wait 48 hours to try again so I went back the following day. There was a new worker. He told me they did not have the phone I wanted in stock so he would have to order me one. He said someone would call me when my phone became available. I was traveling a lot for work over the past three weeks so I didn't have time to go in person, but I never received a phone call. I called back last week to see if they had a phone in stock. They said they would confirm with me once they were done helping a customer. I never got a call back. Finally yesterday I call in to see if they have the phone I want. The worker, the same one from the first two times, said they had the phone I wanted so I could come in. I went in a couple of hours after our conversation. We went through the process of paying for the phone and I told him during the other conversations that I wanted to pay for it upfront, not have the price be spread out over the monthly billing cycle. He said "why didn't you tell me that?" He then told me that if I wanted to pay that way, I would need to wait another 48 hours at this point I just needed a new phone so I decided to pay for it monthly. This was just the beginning of my troubles. He told me that my old phone would work until I got home. They could not do the transfer for me because they do not have Wi-Fi right now so I had to take my old phone home to transfer it over to a new phone. My old phone stopped working immediately. When I got home I tried to do the transfer for my old phone to my new phone and it would not work I ordered an Uber to a different AT&T location. They helped me do a transfer from the old phone to the new phone via iCloud. I am still having problems with my new phone. This process has been so long and exhausting. I am serious. Switch providers before coming here. Do not go to this location unless you are someone from corporate coming to shut them down! (Pic for algorithm.) read more

My phone broke suddenly and I went in to get an upgrade, I was quickly set up with a new phone while they took my device to be repaired for a trade in. The repair was done the next day and I was able to come by to wrap up the rest of the trade in process. After a lot of frustration trying to figure out my phone situation, they were able to fix everything in under a day! Friendly people and great customer service! read more

The absolute worst customer service. Would give zero stars if I could. My fiancé's identity was stolen and three new lines were opened on his AT&T account. The fraud department told us to go to this location to get his SIM working again. They were supposed to close at 7:30. We called at 6:30 to say we were coming and the guy working said he was leaving. We told him the situation and he STILL said he was leaving early ?! The next day we called the fraud department again and again they sent us to this store. We walked half an hour only to show up and be told he couldn't help us. Whoever was working June 7-8, 2020 should seriously be fired. Fiancé is planning to switch to Verizon with me because of how ridiculously difficult it was to remedy this situation - mostly do to this store. read more

This AT&T store has been a disappointment. I ordered a new phone through the AT&T website with in-store pick up. Before showing up to the store, I must have called the store at least five times - no one would pick up. When I went there in-person to pick up my phone (after receiving an email from AT&T that my phone was ready for pick up), the store was closed even though I went well within the business hours stated on the website. Since then, I have called this store twice a day every day at different times, and no one picks up. Moreover, it is a hassle to switch from in-store pickup to home delivery online on the AT&T website. Overall, this has been a great nuisance and major disappointment. I walked in at 6:40pm on a Tuesday night with a 4 year old phone the fritz hoping to upgrade to a newer version. After helping me pick out the new phone, the salesmen helping me out (and it turns out, the owner of this location) Robert, added a discount to the entire family plan I'm on, based on my job. I had no idea discounts were available based on the type of work you do. Now everyone on my family plan has a slightly smaller bill, just cause he asked, not because I knew to ask. But while very nice, none of that was extraordinary to me as far as good salesmen go. What happened next is what really impressed me and made me grateful enough to come home and write a review--and add this location to Yelp--as it didn't exist in their database yet. So, it turned out my old phone, in its fritzed-out state would not easily transfer my contacts, photos, etc for an infuriating and confusing set of reasons. Passwords that worked on my old phone weren't working on the new one, "unknown errors" popped up, my old phone kept freezing up, data was corrupt and so on and so forth. I"m sure you get the gist, we've all experienced completely infuriating technology-breakdown loops. However, Robert stayed calm and began troubleshooting, trying anything he could think of to problem solve the issue. We stayed in the store until 8:30pm--an hour and half after the store was supposed to close, two hours of his time spent trying to help me get the phone to work. His patience and good humor kept me from completely losing my s*** (Apple, WTF? how is it that your products and software keep getting worse??). I can't emphasize enough what a thoughtful guy Robert was, unlike any experience I've ever had in an At&t in New York, or really, any chain retailer. I know that you might be thinking, well, this guy sold you a phone, he has a responsibility to make sure it works, which is true. But his good humor, knowledge of his products (and Apple's obnoxious system of passwords and iCloud storage etc) made the experience infinitely better. I was there for two hours, after work, covered in a poison ivy rash and wanted nothing more to get home but somehow this guy kept me smiling and telling me stories about his life all while troubleshooting with my phone and working toward a solution. I highly, highly recommend stoping in if you're having issues or just want a new phone. This guy deserves your business. Thank you, Robert! if you're out there and ever get a chance to read this. Really an exceptional guy with exceptional customer service. read more
