They have seats where I can relax and wait. Everyone that knows me knows I've got about 10 Apple devices and I've purchased my daughter so many such as her watch and iPad, keyboard and pen. We visit this store and enjoy the Grand Central Atmosphere. If I find my photos I will repost them. I doubt I saved them. Enjoy this location when you're in the neighborhood!

But these guys run an assembly line that maximizes numbers and attention to the customer suffers for it. After waiting a sleepless night, I'm told my machine is ready for pick up but when I get there they hadn't worked on it at all. Said there was liquid damage and that I should hold a funeral for the laptop and buy a new one. I was in shock. But I still had the presence of mind to go to an independent shop in another borough. They fixed my machine in just one day. These guys wanted to charge a large amount and just make a sale. Makes me sad they don't care about customers.

If its too good to be true, its because it is! My cousins and I were looking for ipod touches and the guy was selling them from $299 (retail $399). We were waiting to pay for them and waiting for the units to come in when the salesperson was trying to sell us other stuff we didn't need. Long story short, we were sticking to our guns with buying only what we needed and adter 45 minutes, they guy puts the ipods away and say that we don't deserve the ipods and that would rather sell them to a deserving customer who buys more items. More like customers who get suckered by them! I just looked up reviews on the store just now and saw countless negative reviews on how they got ripped off. I'm just glad my cousins and I didn't become victims! Be warned!

They repeatedly cut me off and never let me finish explaining what I needed. Instead of trying to help, they came across like bullies, talking over me and making it clear they didn't care. The treatment was bad enough that I've decided to switch to Verizon. I never expected to walk out feeling bullied at a phone store, but this location made that impression loud and clear. Today my data suddenly stopped working so I decided to go to the nearest T-Mobile store for assistance. I went to the store on Madison Ave and 42nd street ( 8/14/2023 around 3 pm) and I told the female representative my data isn't working. No verbal communication from her at all, she took my phone turned airplane mode off and on and returned my phone to me. I checked to make sure my data was working, but it still wasn't working. Her response was, "WELL it was just working". I then showed her photos were not loading. She then asked for my ID and scanned it into the system, glanced at my account and told me my plan does not come with data and I have to buy data. I was so confused I told her I had the same plan for years therefore there has to be a mistake. She then insisted I have no data and have to pay for it to be added to my plan and literally sucked her teeth and rolled her eyes at me. I was so shocked of her demeanor and attitude towards me when I was being polite and trying to resolve this issues. I asked if someone else can assist and she called over a guy and he's also with an attitude is telling me, "LIKE she said you have no data plan". I just left and called 611 and they were able to resolve the issue. I have a data plan and the rep simply adjust issue with the system. What is the point of having a T-Mobile store when these representatives have no proper customer service skills nor patient to assist customers. I didn't get the female's name but she has a nose piercing and her hair was up in a bun. You can not suck your teeth and roll your eyes if someone is having issues with the T-mobile services, but I am glad the 611 rep was nice and able to help me resolve the issue.

OMG, then you learn the gimmick.....you must use only their ink cartridges! You must subscribe to their ink program. Another brand will fail to work. It's only $2.99/ mo for me. But they monitor your usage, and decide when to send you a fresh ink cartridge. Is it cheaper in the long run? I'm thinking.....
