Incompetent staff, rude and short. My insurance specifically said that this urgent care is on a list of urgent cares to be seen. The staff couldn't figure out if my insurance was legit covered for their facility. After waiting an hour I decided to leave. When I arrived I let them know that my child is seen by Childrens Primary Medical group and that on their site it says that Apple urgent care is one of the urgent care to go to and also on my insurance it says to go there too. Dr. Worthless. That's correct. That's the same experience I had with Dr. Seto. I came in with a respiratory ailment. They took my blood pressure and asked questions (intended for the doctor). No one even took my temperature. They then took me to another room. Dr. Seto shows up. I'm not even sure he introduced himself. He stood by the door and did not approach. He didn't have a stethoscope and did not use one to listen to my breathing (normal procedure for a respiratory concern). He didn't look in my throat. He didn't check my ears. He didn't feel around my neck and glands. He didn't do anything as is normally done by a real doctor examining a sick patient with a respiratory concern. He starts writing a prescription for antibiotics (Amoxicillin 500mg 3x a day for seven days). That's a powerful prescription! But I don't even think antibiotics are used to treat a respiratory viral infection! I started to think maybe this doctor didn't know what the Hell he was doing! I picked up the prescription -- and four days later I had zero relief and effect from the medication. I knew it was incorrect to treat a viral infection with antibiotics. I was and still am sick as Hell! So, the end of the story is that the time and money I spent at Apple Urgent Care was a total waste. Dr. Seto is the worst doctor I have encountered in my life. It's embarrassing (for him) the way he served his patient. Avoiding getting close to a sick person was utmost in his mind. I'm still sick and fighting-through this respiratory infection. Its worse than Covid! Thanks for nothing (except supporting Big Pharma getting me to take 1500mg of Amoxicillin a day that I didn't need and couldn't benefit from -- and for no good reason!). read more

The RNs and the "doctors" do not know what they're talking about! They just prescribe random stuff which is genuinely really concerning. Please don't go here make the trip if its urgent to Temecula or Menifee. Hemet/San Jacinto does not have good medical care for people they're underfunded heavily. it's sad you bring your child to this facility thinking they're gonna get proper care home and take care of yourself. I brought my nephew in with my mom because his eyes were both red and itchy. The doctor told him he had pink eye and that we can pick up the prescription in an hour four hours later no prescription. I called the office. They prescription to a pharmacy. We did not ask for they told me they were recalled in the prescription to our pharmacy in two hours. Is the next day the prescription has yet to be called in. Today was Easter. I was feeling so dizzy and running a slight fever. Also, wheezing. I had a great experience here. Dr. F o l l e y - he was so thoughtful and thorough. I am a senior. He gave me an antibiotic shot and prescription. He is amazing!!! So are his staff. His nurse Stephanie was so sweet , professional, and patient. Also, the nurse that gave me the antibiotic shot was very professional and kind - Nurse Aileen you are definitely in the right profession. I am going to let Kaiser know about my great experience. I went in to this urgent care after work and I checked in I asked the receptionist if they had any doctors because the place looked a little questionable but it was the only place around. The receptionist said yes we have a doctors and I waited around an hour to be seen, after the "Doctor" walked in he said he was a nurse and I said ok when will the doctor be coming in??? Little did I know they don't have a doctor's in this facility, the receptionist had lied to me and wasted my time. They have no concern for people and when I asked for a refund she said she was unable to process one today. I bit the bullet it was a waste of time I would not recommend this place to anyone, they provided no help what so ever. I've never had a problem at this place. I've been there five times at least over the past five or six years. Everyone from receptionist to doctor has been courteous and helpful. I think people just in general tend to rag on medical facilities or something. They're sick and I don't know what they expect except instantaneous admission? DO NOT GO HERE: Took my husband here back in March to have his wrist looked at because he injured it. The lady doctor (I apologize I don't remember her name) told him it was only sprained and sent us home. First off she barely looked at it, but even with just looking at it you can see how swollen it was compared to the other one..Asked him if it hurt and of course he told her yes. He asked about getting X-rays done and she told him no he didn't need it. Well here we are a month later and it's still bothering him more than it should be for only a sprain.. We now have it checked by another place and they took X-rays showing it's fractured. AWESOME.. there are also possible signs of more issues because it's fractured on a bone that gets less blood flow.. this is NOT something that should have been overlooked. So THANK YOU to the incompetent doctor at APPLE URGENT CARE for allowing him to have a Fractured wrist that's now not healing properly.. read more

I was able to get my parents their first Covid Vaccine here 4 weeks ago. Getting the first appointment was such a shit show. There was no formal confirmation email. My father only received paperwork for himself, I had to call at least 30 times to speak with someone to request paperwork to be emailed to my mother. Now it's been 4 weeks of diligently checking their website for their second dose appointment. I literally check on the hour every day. I even reached out to other people that left positive reviews on Yelp regarding their second dose for tips and information. Everyone I spoke to said they received emails days before their second dose to sign up for an appointment via a special link. We have seen no such emails or links. My parents decided to take it upon themselves to drive to Hemet (over an hour from where they live) this morning. They were firmly rejected at the door and advised that they needed appointments. The staff blatantly lied and told them that appointments were released to the public yesterday. That's just not true. This "system" they have in place is just a crock of shit. I got my first Maderna shot from Apple four weeks ago. I was told they would contact me with my second shot information. I have heard nothing and can not reach them as their shot phone ext mail box is full. The regular line rings and rings with no one ever answering it, then it loops back to the original message starting all over again. Trying to book a second shot online is even worse and goes nowhere, you can't even get to the appt page. This is no way for the County to allow treatment of it's residents. I will find a way to get my second shot without having to bother Apple Unurgent Care. The County and social media will be made aware of how bad Apple is handling the vaccine program. I'm sure Apple has a thousand excuses for it's poor treatment of patients. If we are that much trouble maybe Apple should just shut down and all find another line of work? My husband was having breathing difficulties and she was very thorough, explaining as she went through the evaluation process. 4 stars due to the wait being a bit long due to the number of people waiting for their COVID vaccine, however the front office staff was responsive & accommodating. I drove my parents to Hemet because Apple urgent care was having a Senior Vaccination weekend (no county restrictions.). We arrived 40 minutes prior to our online reservation. We were welcomed by several staff members to the appropriate line and what to provide for identification. Literally it took 5 minutes to register and get my parents their first shot and they had chairs socially distanced for the seniors to rest and make sure they don't have any negative reactions for 15 minutes.
