I have been going here for six month and had gotten decent customer service except for today. I went in for a mani and pedi, the lady doing my manicure was extremely rude and pushy. I sat down for literally 30 seconds and she needed me to have a color picked. I told her I haven't decided yet, so she called out to the manager and everyone else working in the salon making fun of me and saying "I couldn't decide what I wanted" She left with a foil on one of my fingers while I was getting a pedicure from one of the other girls and didn't come back to take it off. The manager who is a lady wasn't nice either she took off the foil. I don't understand why you wouldn't want to make money and give good customer service. ‍I won't go back, which is a shame because I give good tips and I'm a pleasant customer. Their loss. read more

Expensive nails lasted one week every time out of 3 times that I had them done here. They always do what they want not what you ask for. Today second lady took over my nails in the middle of my appointment (more important customer showed up I guess) and PEELED OFF!! acrylic that I had, taking off 3 layers of my natural nail! I had healthy nails and than she screwed my nails completely by peeling them off like a savage, pushing one fake plastic nail between my nail and acrylic! Who does that in 2018 when you have electric files?! Now I have to wait and drink vitamins for 6 months for my nails to recover! Painful experience and while she was doing it she was criticizing work that I had on from the previous lady! She barely spoke any English but good enough to gossip about her coworker's work. I don't care for bullshit between your workers. That is a subject for your management not for customers! I will never return again! Other than that I have confirmed that their "check in" system uses you personal information to bombard you with tons of calls and emails that you won't be able to get rid off for a months after you provide them with your number and email. read more

Lush & Company takes pampering to a decadent, gorgeous level with an incredible staff who pride themselves on the art of relaxation and service. Steve, the manager takes his job in customer relations seriously and is superbly nice. Olivia and Kelly did my mani and pedi simultaneously and were the sweetest gals ever to perform a series of pampering pleasures that melted me in my chair. David is an artful massage master who worked out 10 months of knots from a car accident last year. I've never left a massage table feeling as relaxed as I did after David worked his magic. This place is incredible. It's beautifully decorated from the bar all the way to the bathrooms and everywhere in between, not to mention spotless. The team of people at this location are remarkably kind and made every effort to make me feel special and beautiful. I can't wait to go back! read more

This place was clean and nice. As for nails, they are all cracking and breaking off!! I had recently gotten acrylics taken off and I told my tech this. She put shellac on them and didn't do a wet manicure which may be why they felt so weak after and are breaking. unfortunately, I won't be returning and now I have to get acrylics again because my nails broke so short. read more

Have to agree with Elisha!! If Catherine still worked here, I would still be a client, but thankfully she was as smart as the rest of us. They started charging me by the length and shape of my nails as well. Mind you, I do wear them long, however, NEVER had I been charged an additional $10 until the new "manager" came in. That's a great way to lose loyal clients right there. Also, my nails started breaking super easy and fast. They must have started using cheap product as this didn't happen before. As much as I wanted to never return to the salon, I could not leave Catherine. Not to mention, the moment I walked in, I could feel the negative vibes coming from Jessica and the manager (don't know her name, nor do I care). As much money as I spent, and as many clients as I sent there, I definitely should have never felt that way. The last straw was when I called a few weekends before Christmas to get an appointment with Catherine for a refill and I was told by Jessica that she was on "vacation". SHE LIED. Little did they know, Catherine and I have each other's number. She in fact was NOT on vacation, but had finally quit! Great for the both of us because now I have a reason to never come back and to definitely never refer any one else here. Not quite sure who the manager thinks she is, but we can ALL tell when you're talking crap about us. Not very professional. Mimi and Andy were always so nice! I will miss them and wish them the absolute best. However I will NOT miss being treated that way when I was spending as much money as I did. Deserves a good review primarily based on ambiance. Totally different concept with a full service bar up front and seats all brand new and state of the art. Also a venue for spa parties as they have private rooms in back for it. Apparently drinks (limit 2) is free -- from cucumber water, sodas, wines, mixed drinks and even whiskey. I started going to this place when it was Lush nails. At first I was impressed and thought I'd found a permanent salon. Then the name and management changed and it took a turn for the worse. Last straw I asked for a pedicure. The young man was extremely rude, extremely rough and UNPROFESSIONAL! It was so bad I took my feet out of the water and walked out with wet feet. I also saw him being rude to another lady sitting next to me. Rolling eyes, sighing. UH UH. I will not spend my money with businesses that don't appreciate it. Don't be fooled by the glitz and glam. It's always tricky finding a new nail salon if you're very picky like me. Personally I don't love getting my nails done - it's all about the finished result - I don't care about the shoulder massage or making a date at the salon with girlfriends. I just want perfect nails in as little time as possible. I was researching a couple of months ago and decided to give Executive Nails near Augusta Pines a try. I told them when I called that I wanted someone very experienced with shellac and that I'm picky, but you never know if they really will give you a good referral or just send you to whichever tech has no clients. Wow - Jamie was recommended and she does the best finish I've had - period. Dip powder is thin but strong, edges are very smooth and not jagged or uneven around the cuticle. Same for shellac. She gets the shape exactly how I want it and also does a PERFECT pedicure. She is adorable and very professional. Bonus- the salon is beautiful and the service exceptional - fresh made juices and mocktails for my daughters, a full bar with complimentary wine and cocktails, and just a generally excellent experience. My daughters had equally excellent service and quality of work from other nail techs as well, so the salon is clearly making sure they're hiring the best in terms of technique and finish. read more

The ambiance and store itself are great. Some of the staff are very friendly. I had a mani pedi (missing you), I was a bit disappointed because the massage was definitely not 20 min... maybe 10. Had an appt for 3pm, we made the appt 2 days prior. At 4p still no one working on my nails or my daughters nails. My pedicure was in progress otherwise we would've left. I did cancel my powder dip for my nails because I was tired of waiting for someone to start. The gentleman doing my pedicure asked me if I had any special requests for my legs or feet and told me "it brings me pleasure to please a lady"...WTF!! He ruined my toe polish putting my flip flops on and when I showed him he pushed it down with his finger and just painted over it. Normally I have always had a great job done by one of the Lush & Co. locations. While this was by far my worst. For one my husband and I both received the same pedicures, retreat. His was completed 10 minutes before they started painting my toes. I felt like the tech ran through his and provided minimal effort. My pedicure Tech was Steven and he was one of the best I have had. The biggest issue was my manicurist. I've had some knick me very rarely but Rose takes the cake. She got me three good times. Not just a little raw on the skin but bleeding pretty consistent. At one point she joked about it when I asked for her not to cut my cuticles because I didn't wanna see the damage that could be done, she said, "oh you don't want to bleed?" Then laughed. I'm shocked that even after complaining about this they still charged me full price and because of the constant filing on one side of my nails they look crooked where I was bleeding. Almost like she wasn't paying attention to what she was doing. I'll go back from a pedicure but if they ever send Rose my way I'll probably decline her service. read more

I went in after work to get my full set taken off - when I walked in I was immediately greeted by Steven! He was extremely kind and attentive. He offered me a drink and asked me to have a seat at a station. When it took several minutes he came over and apologized and said it will just be a few more minutes. Lily was my technician and she was amazing! They stayed past closing to finish my manicure and I couldn't be more impressed with their customer service and hospitality! I've been here twice, and like the atmosphere and service, but after a few days, my shellac color started turning an ugly, dirty color. Went with a friend to get pedicures. Although the staff was attentive, the pedicures left a lot to be desired. I paid for an upgraded pedicure, which included a hot stone massage; the massage was minimal and lackluster at best. My technician was also very very rough. My friend's pedicure looked so bad she had to go back the next day to get them fixed and was not offered anything, despite her inconvenience. They advertise an extensive drink selection, but they were out of the drinks we requested (Vietnamese coffee and green tea). Won't be returning. read more

I understand when a new business opens, it takes some time to work out the kinks, but I was not impressed at all with the service Lush & Co. provided to me.The peddi operator messed my pedicure up BIG TIME and I had to go back on Sunday for her to fix it (and when she was trying to scrap off her mistake, she cut my toe). She kept scrapping her thumb nail into the corners of my toe GROSS!! The actual facility is decorated beautifully (don't judge a book by its cover), with full bar services (I had to ask for my coffee & baileys 2x's), piano bar (no one was playing), private rooms for parties, etc. but that doesn't matter if the service is not professional. I had to go back on Sunday for them to fix it and the operator cut my toe, didn't apologize for the mistake, never offered me a drink, NOTHING! You can have all the beauty in the World, but if your workers aren't producing good quality service- your screwed! I will not go back.
